Loading ...You know your wife might be eligible to get Afos for her feet. Might help her walk better. Also a cane for extra balance. She will have to pay attention to the bottom of her feet because she may not feel it if she steps on something and gets imbedded. Same for anything hot like stepping in baths. I had a patient once as a wound nurse who had a bad infection in her foot that was healed and hard to do with diabetics due to circulation because she had a sewing needle imbedded in her foot and didn’t know it. Best she just wears shoes at all time and non slip type. Still check her feet including for any change in color.
