Make sure you turn off the gas and have a wrench. If you strongly feel one maybe get quake insurance. In Sylmar a lot of people had to give us their homes because they had no quake insurance. In disasters it would be nice one if their forgiven their loan two if they can renovate and start over with some sort of gov loan that isn’t taking advantage. Also maybe order a water purifier.
