In my view the original powers have split up and are fighting amongst each other, against each other, fighting over the “steering wheel”. “No we don’t like the way you are driving, WE want to drive now”

Originally, Military and Israel were getting thrown under the bus, part of the reversal after 2008 during Obama. Who did Obama report to? Probably Europe et al. The question we all have to ask, is WHO owns Trump???? Israel and the Military and all the outsource importers?

Trump I loved until he started saying China is SCREWING us, China did this, and China that. That’s a lie and he’s a bull shitter, or just plain dumb and behind the curve. China (and all other exporting countries) did NOTHING to better themselves.

The global big corporations set themselves up, started investing there as a sanctuary, to avoid US taxes and labor. They even gave themselves tax break incentives to do so, and made taxes higher than normal for US corporations to  discourage doing business domestically. We keep hearing corporate taxes too high in USA.

They did all that on purpose. Nothing is a coincidence. Nixon went there way back (’72?) to set things up.

Ps You see the real problem with the Repubs is that they are divided and fight with each other. They don’t back each other or their president with this time they didn’t elect we did. They have different doners they represent and can’t get it together where demos can but going the wrong way. That right there shows the public they do not represent us but themselves. They are incapable of sitting down at the table and ” fairly working through this.maybe it’s something unfamiliar to work for the people instead of themsrlves, guess it’s too much work or interfering with their golf.

Right we know that but they haven’t got the message yet. They think they can lie con and manipulate their way through their appointment. They got nothing done because they got nothing done after seven years.
Like the student who didn’t study for the semester now trying to cram it in one night. Their fragile ego is trying to save face for not doing their part by critizing the one who did. Then if they don’t get it done theyll just use it as their platform for next election.
I can just hope there are upcoming Repubs that will show up to take their place other wise people may vote punativly and we’ll be back in lock and load chaos and the end of the US as we know it.
What they also don’t get it that people are sick and tired of the club. Trump won’t be the last. They had a chance and power to bring some trust back to the party for the good of the country and undo some of the damage like Trump is doing but they’re throwing it away for self interest. Just status quo posers who take orders from their doners and have no clue what to do.

Farmboy, agreed with you on all that, you always make sense. TPTB are fixing nothing so far here in the USA. They seem to be treating (covering over with psychology, grants and tax dollars) the symptoms of the problems, rather than the problems.

One of these days, the right thing will hit the news, and its summer 2008 all over again, but with gold climbing with stocks and real estate dropping.

These rascals where ‘hired’, voted into office, to place a vote representating their constituents. Quit blaming others, quit making excuses, DO YOU JOB and place a VOTE reflecting the desires of your constinuents. Quit playing to the media, special interests, lobby groups, and their own future political aspirations. Place the Vote, period. In short,stop your whining,  ignore the ‘distractions’, and do your job.

Im beginning to question if it’s a fiat thing because there is no sense in Phyzz doing better than the pm stocks. Banks driving up to sell? Some of these stocks are unbelievable anyways. They think our money is there for them to be used to advance themselves are our expence. Like they think we’re saying here’s our money do what ever you want with it. It’s beyond arrogance it’s their own demise.

Guess it’s his way of saying screw the people, we the club don’t want reform of the current unconstitutional unworkable healthcare plan or tax reform. While your at it ask him where is it? Where were they when Trump was being attacked or when the Demos were committing treason? If they don’t get these promises done they’re threw. If it wasn’t for Trump they’d already be done anyways. I suspect Maddog, being a former professional trader, probably has the best insight into the PM markets of today. Just too many options available to the investor for most of us to get a true grip. Go long the metals, short the shares. Go long the ETF’s, short the shares. Derivitive upon derivative, paper on paper. It is all too confusing for me. Which is why I have resorted to simply making trades based on PM’s going Up or Down, on any given day. All past indicators such as Duller. Dow, etc are pretty much useless.

Might as well just make a daily ‘bet’ of up of down for the PM’s. Very little else makes sense in the markets of today. The system is broken, the market wagon wobbles from day to day. Little, if anything, makes sense today. Which is why I have decided to enter the market as a Casino player. IMHO, there is no ‘Real’ investment strategy to us common folk anymore. Simply the playing of odds.

The only exception to that view is to do like Winedoc and others, just keep stacking and know one day, the PM’s will be priced at fair value.

Just this one man’s opinion. Each will have to decide what is best for there own self. We live in interesting ( uncomprehendable) times.

new report has revealed that the Islamic State central command in Syria has been steadily funding militants in the Philippines, helping them seize the city of Marawi, arranging funding and carrying out recruitment.

The report was published by the Jakarta-based Institute for Policy Analysis of Conflict, and listed examples of how Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) provided assistance for terrorist groups in Southeast Asia.

As one example, it detailed how a top IS figure from Malaysia, Dr. Mahmud Ahmad, collaborated with the terrorist group’s command in Syria to receive funding and secure international recruits to ensure Maute militants took control of territory in the Philippines.

South Africa intends to suspend the granting of applications for prospecting and mining rights as well as any renewals pending a court case to review new mining laws, the Mineral Resources Minister Mosebenzi Zwane said on Thursday.

Such a move could seriously hamper growth and investment in South Africa’s mining sector, already beset by policy uncertainty, depressed prices, soaring costs and often violent social and labour strife.

“The moratorium would ensure that any applications … are concluded in terms of the 2017 Mining Charter,” Zwane said in a statement.

The Charter is part of a wider empowerment drive in South Africa designed to rectify the disparities of apartheid that persist more than two decades since the end of white minority rule in 1994.

The Chamber of Mines said it believed the move to suspend new mining and exploration rights was “unlawful”, damaging to the sector and was beyond the minister’s powers under the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act.

Time to start publicly calling out the members of his own party and putting pressure to get on the wagon.

Would like to see Trump use more Executive Orders to set things in motion. For example, and perhaps a solution to the gridlock on Obama care, Obama signed an EO excluding members of Congress from Obama care. Trump should write his own EO repealing Obama’s order. Think that might help get the ball rolling on the health care issue.

The Clintons are the no-brainer candidates for an investigation–instead, Trump is fleeing thru the woods with the Bloodhounds in hot pursuit–he’s not draining the swamp. Take a look at the “manual adjustment” higher in 2014. To me it says they wanted to take the power off the US recovery, or economy, put stimulation on hold, and give the other countries a weaker currency advantage “spin”.

At the beginning of 2017, TPTB reversed that process, put the others on “hold” and rotate back to supporting the USA export businesses. There are no natural market forces until things get out of hand like the summer of 2008. That there WAS a natural market force against the “master”.
