A court in the U.S. District of Columbia is allowing Canadian Crystallex the possibility of advancing in a legal dispute against Venezuela, following the expropriation of its assets in Las Cristinas gold mine in 2008.

The decision, which was made public last week, allows Crystallex to enforce in other U.S. jurisdictions a previous ruling issued in March by the same court. Such ruling upholds an award by a World Bank tribunal that orders Venezuela to pay the miner $1.2 billion in compensation plus $200 million in interest for what the Hugo Chávez government did at Las Cristinas.

Both the March and the June decisions are crucial steps in the company’s quest to seize Venezuelan assets in the United States. In fact, the Toronto-based firm could now seek an attachment of assets such as Citgo, a refining and marketing subsidiary of Petróleos de Venezuela PDVSA.

I agree with you, those shots are loaded with toxins. Heard flu shots still had Mercury too but couldn’t verify. They could also have Squaline which messed up you immune system. In my case it’s being exposed to kids who get shots at work I believe part of making them sickly getting me sick. Every year now. It could have opened you up to an opportunist infection. Some things takes a certain amount like bacteria which can grow other wise your immune system takes over but the vaccines mess that up. There are twins that have died of vacvines. They say it’s a coinsidence. One horrific case in India the doctor of he was have a girl a shot and went into immediate distress so what did he do ever after the mother said not to gave the twin girl a shot to and she went into distress. They both died and he left town. Others recovering or being premature doing well goven shot and went down hill. Too many ” true” stories. Belong to a group with that.
Heres a joke that came out.

Me: An industry… These are the ingredients used in vaccines… With binding agents to make sure the body won’t flush these out… To keep the antibody levels up indefinitely…

the JAIL HOUSES  in London are safer than that building was.If it was manly low income housing and subsidized then the minimum should be safety and Functional .It dosent need to look pretty …just SAFE and Functional no less than the  JAILS  ….A Heating system running water and toilets .  I think Somebody caved in to pressure and tried to make it look pretty but didnt want to spend on fireproof materials .Thats my guess..Political Correctness was the cause .

I,v never been sick since I was 3 years old. I let someone talk me into getting the shot…I will never do that again.No flu shots either…

Im really suspicious because MY oldest son had never been sick for 55 years and he let his wife talk him into a flu shot and guess what …6months later he got very sick from a flu thingy ..I really couldent resist the “I told you so ”  He was in disbelief ,but as a scientist(PHD) he had to consider that I could be right ..the coincidence is never coincidence .Mutation is possible in both Flu and Pneumonia shots .None of my 4 children were ever sick as children..in fact for first 6years of school ..never missed a day !  BUT that was all before these multiple combined child hood disease shots .They did get individual shots as children before school started measels & such.But what has changed is the Preservative and combined shots that I believe cause the individual shots to act differently than when given separately .The immune system attacks everything when its overwhelmed with multiple foreign shots.  WE need more study not on the shots individually ,but on the immune system reactions to multiple shots given all at once.You cant use tests on reactions from individual shots as a basis for approving multiple shots given at once ..Its a whole different thingy ….Its all about the immune system not the shots itself .The system can deal with one attack of foreign body very well ,but multiple attacks thats a different story .Thats the view you dont hear discussed by drug companies.

Let’s put it this way. Trusting them with our country is like trusting a fat guy with a eating disorder to deliver your pastries and expect all of them if any will still be there. Ps while one being funny the other isnt. Let’s see if they bring up gun control now too.

The swamp is vast and some of it hiding in plain site. Nice thought but I’m not counting on it. The problem appears not to much their differences but their closet similarities which leads to the path of least resistance and settle for status quo. How much money do they get from lobbiests signing bills that hurt our economy and freedoms. Then have charities instead of economic improvement. Not that I’m against working charities I donate, Only change will come when enough people demand it,

Was good to see both sides put down their weapons and participate in a game honoring our National Past Time.

One would like to think the playing together might carry over, at least for a few hours back at the office. Perhaps they will get a taste of putting aside their differences and politics and do something that puts the best interest of the Country first.

In landmark experiment, Chinese scientists beam back “entangled” photons from space

WASHINGTON, June 15 (Xinhua) — Chinese scientists on Thursday reported a successful transmission of “entangled” photon pairs from space to ground stations separated by 1,200 km, a major technical breakthrough towards quantum communication over great distances.

The study, published as a cover story by the U.S. journal Science, distributed such “entangled” photons, or light particles, from a satellite 500 km above the Earth’s surface, known as Micius, which was launched last year and equipped with specialized quantum tools.

It’s another effort to prove that a physical phenomenon once described by Albert Einstein as “spooky” exists at a large distance, and eventually on a global scale.

“This work lays a reliable technical foundation for large-scale quantum networking and quantum communication experimental research, as well as experimental testing of basic principles of physics, such as general theory of relativity and quantum gravity, in outer space in the future,” Pan Jianwei, chief scientist for the quantum satellite project, told Xinhua.

I was trying to get info on that fire but news no stop repeating over and over about the shooting. Only heard no fire alarm and WORSE someone telling people to stay in their rooms. They should also be jailed. I heard they did the same in the twin towers. Women trying to save their babies throwing them out windows. Children pounding on windiws no one to help. Jesus mother of Mary. Was dealing with what you had serious lung issue. Couldn’t find anything so got a CT scan things X Ray might miss. Then the corporate BS all about money Well office full for month so got copies of results to to a urgent care. Then daughter sick coukd of died helping her just no energy when can’t breath. Heads should roll for that building.

Although the market has not gone our way at times lately I think it’s been damn interesting.

What insurance would cover a building  with 24 stories ,one staircase,no fire alarm,NO sprinklers, 200 families 600 residents ,no f1re escape  and what MAYOR ,or architect would allow or cause to be refurbished with Fire combustable material  ..The MAYOR should be run out of office The Architect put in JAil ,The insurance Laws all re written .The owners jailed . The Prime Minister sued for allowing so many to be at Risk without having stringent FIRE CODES INFORCED  .Who makes those LAWS in LONDON..?  One of the FINANCIAL CENTERS of the WORLD with such impossible fire hazards in their center.Its unbelievably incompetent and criminal !

HOW MANY MORE buildings like this are there in London ? Is this a THIRD world country  ?Every POLITICIAN in London and  surrounding area should be forced to LIVE in one of these Buildings including the Prime Minister !
