Re California Desert Towns

Posted by Mr.Copper @ 23:44 on June 16, 2017

My brother moved to Southern California in around 1975. One place was Desert Hot Winds Ca. He tells me once if you make yourself a sandwich, you have to eat it right away, before it dries up. I remember washing the rented car. It was 104 degrees. In the sun. You had to work fast. The soapy water would dry off, or evaporate in minutes.  You would not even sweat. Very tolerable.

Correction, just noticed, 🙂

Desert Hot Winds Ca. S/B, Desert Hot Springs, Ca. Ten miles north of Palm Springs. Town known for natural rejuvenating hot mineral water springs. It has a 3 mo windy season that starts in March. It can pick up a 2X10 7 foot long, and hurl it. Hence, Rick and Trish have a good sense of humor, and renamed the town “Desert Hot Winds”.

How come this moron is not arrested?

Re WANKA

Posted by Mr.Copper @ 22:54 on June 16, 2017

I was talking to an interstate truck driver, just yesterday. During the conversation he tells me he used to live in Florida. He proceeds to tell me now lives in New Jersey, Wankas home state. He hated it down there. He said.

You feel like you are living in STEAM, you can’t even breath, the air is so thick. You can’t do anything. The sweat just rolls off you. I know what he means because here on Long Island it sometimes gets that way. Its stifling.

I myself can’t take humidity at all. 70 degrees with humidity, I’m suffering. 70 degrees with a dry front down from Canada its  just beautiful. Clear air dark blue sky. I only went to Fla twice in my lifetime. I hated also.

It was October no less. When I got out of my air conditioned Chevy van, I thought I would die. The other time in was June, same thing. Hot as hell, I could not handle that useless ugly humid weather Muggy and buggy. I said to myself, it was not even July or August yet, the hottest months. I would never live there for free. I can’t take it.

I’m wondering if Wanka tried a few weeks in Arizona might help, and if so, rent something for a while and see how it goes.

Thanks for contact with Wanka

Gold Reserve Receives First Payment from Venezuela

    

Gold Reserve Inc. (TSX.V: GRZ) (OTC: GDRZF) (“Gold Reserve” or the “Company”) today reported that it has entered into a further amendment to the settlement agreement (the “Settlement Agreement”) previously entered into with the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela (“Venezuela”).

Under the terms of the amended Settlement Agreement, Venezuela will pay Gold Reserve a total of approximately US$1,032,000,000 as result of negotiations of the parties to satisfy the arbitral award granted in favor of the Company by the International Centre for Settlement Investment Disputes (the “Award”), including the price agreed for the mining data related to the Brisas property.

Venezuela has paid Gold Reserve an initial installment of US$40,000,000 and will pay the balance of the amount owing in installments (the “Installments”) over approximately the next two years. The amended Settlement Agreement contemplates that Venezuela’s obligations thereunder will be partially collateralized with Venezuelan sovereign debt.

Hawaii’s judge should take note from this Italian women wanting a halt of refugees. They already have refugee crime rings in the street.

And take it one more step and peel back another layer of the onion. Start an investigation into the ‘DeepState’ and its operatives. Soros being one of them. Remember he paid folks to protest outside Trump gatherings, and we have seen the undercover video tapes of them paying their ‘operatives’ to incite violence, attack Trump supporters.

Open up an investigation into those in the shadows pushing the hatred. There is always a money trail. There is plenty of video to indite numerous folks. Let the investigation into REAL collusion begin ! Getting rid of FBI Dir Comey was the first step in removing their layers of facade and coverups.

The Democrats need to be held Responsible for the MASS MEDIA actions since they are the Political Partners to that Cabal ..No more “good cop ,Bad Cop ” clowning around….The Democrats are the beneficiaries  of Media’s manipulations of Public Opinion, suggestive beheadings and Caesar like assassinations  and they need to be held accountable  .Its the Democrats that need to reign in the Media as they are their partners in crime. Trump and the Republicans  are chasing a ghost by going after the Media, they need to go after the Democrats and hold them accountable for the Media’s crimes.Direct action bypassing the Media using Twitter and facebook are good Trump solutions since it makes the Media irrelevant and communicates directly to the people by passing the Middle man..who always has power ,but no responsibility .Reagan said it well when he described the Democrats as like a baby having a voracious appetite to consume resources at one end and no sense of responsibility at the other end…..Holding the DEMOCRATS RESPONSIBLE is the Solution…

Feel free to drop him a card or note. Since he is just laying around in his hammock, might as well send him some reading material. I think he is getting a little bored watching the TV Soap Operas. 🙂

I don’t think that what Churchill did was right. Collective punishment for an incident? That’s what the Nazi’s did in France and elsewhere.

Not to say it can’t be effective.

I’m more for just staying out of other country’s business. If the British hadn’t been in India and Afghanistan then no one would have been shooting at Churchill and his men … if we weren’t in Afghanistan, Iraq etc …

Ipso I noticed

a common thread in posts 10:03, 9:10 ,9:25  and it was …dealing with Socialists, communists and Democrats had lots of similarities ,but it was Churchill that dident engage in endless negotiations for years like the Crystellex  problem that got to the solution quick and effective . A Churchill like responce to the S.Africans theft and Democrats suggestive beheadings and real shootings would be most effective.   So as I see it,Trump and his Attorney General need to stop “re-cuesing themselves from decision making

and act more Churchillian.

and how long did that romantic illusion last?

to give me a moment of hope that we might just win this battle for our Country before the streets are torn apart in gunfire and killing, inspired by the persistent hatred that pervades our society today. Egged on by those in power that wish to see this escalate into a new ‘norm’ in America and pushed in the media.

The Swamp’s best weapon is to fire up the hatred between political parties and American’s citizens. Hate is thier most powerful weapon.

There is a simple answer if a few ‘good men’ dare take on the task. A strong Justice Dept that will begin prosecuting those who have deceived and broken laws already on the books. If DOJ looked as hard into the Clintonista Cabal, and its illegal activities, as hard as they chase the Trump/Russian/Collusion story, some folks would be headed to prison and the restoration of our Country on a path to healing. Now that is probably a true romantic illusion, I admit. But the alternative is a nightmare that none of us wish to have.

Do not take my sense of hope for weakness. I have seen enough of ‘war’ to last a lifetime and in the current situation of our country it can easily be avoided, or at least mostly so, if more folks would support the ideals and efforts of Trump to Drain The Swamp. Some would rather chose the path of hate to destroy. So far, that team is ahead on the scoreboard.

I noticed Ted Nugent announced yesterday that he would walk back his own brand of hostility towards the Dems and Media. I took his announcement not as a sign of weakness, nor surrending his strong ideals of American Values. But he did at times go a little overboard with this guts and blood speeches. I admire him greatly for his effort to drop the BS, and hope some on the other side will have the brains and courage to do the same.

Instead of listening to those promoting all the ‘resistence’, which has translated into bloody violence, perhaps they all need to take a deep breath, step away from the TV, and think through where all this is headed. It is very disturbing to me that CNN and Maddow on NBC are seeing greatly increased ratings for their shows promoting the hatred and violence. America is at the crossroads, at least as far as our children and grandchildren are concerned.

Technocracy was a quasi-religion movement from about 80 years ago . The concepts persist .. that there is an intellectual elite who can best rule the world .

Somehow I got on the mailing list for an organization seeking to expose those elitist concepts and this came in today – apparently these interactive AI ‘bots’ are communicating back and forth to each other in a code that only they understand :

[Very scary if you remember ‘HAL’ from the movie ‘A Space Odyssey – 2001’ and the sequel ‘2010’ , in one of which the space station interactive computer tries to eliminate the irrational humans .]

Update From Pirate’s Cove

Posted by Farmboy @ 12:50 on June 16, 2017

Just spoke with Admiral Wanka for a few minutes. Called him earlier this morning and he told me he would have to get back to me that he was fighting a bunch of alligators this morning. Well, he called back and said he had beaten the alligators back this morning.

I said, ” Alligators? I knew Floridagold had something to do with it!” Wanka laughed and said even if it was not Floridagold’s fault, he was getting the blame for it. His sense of humor and fighting spirit is alive and well. Not sure his body is cooperating as much. Said its been four months since he has been able to get out of bed and that in itself was getting a little old.

Wanka said to feel free to post about our conversation. I said, ” No problem, we talk about ya all the time!” Another laugh, but more raspier, and some coughing.  Told him he was in our thoughts and prayers and to keep hanging tough. He said he was trying.

Phone call only lasted a few minutes before he had to cut it short due to not being able to breath. I had called to give him a word of encouragement and let him know we were thinking of him. I think it was me that got the lift, the encouraging word, expressed by his strong will and to hear he is staying with the fight of his life. He is as tough as any ole Pirate from the stories of old. And then some.

I know he once had a fine boat and enjoyed fishing with the best of em. I hope he recovers enough to get out on the water with a fishing pole in hand again. That is my hope and prayer.
