One thing to remember-gold goes for weeks and months looking friendless and hopeless.
Then, schizoid-like–with no “event”–with no transition–and no discernible cause–a switch is thrown on–and it starts going up–day after day…that has been the pattern for the past 20-25 yrs.
When gold is in the “hopeless” mode–for a long time–like now–I always look to take a stab on days when, say, JNUG is down 10%-20%–and gold futures are down less that one %…sometimes ya can catch a bottom like that…rather than waiting for confirmation–which usually comes after 30-40% of the move is in the record book.

Hey Moggy, never really been a big Krieger fan because of his background and the fact that he’s a lefty who never liked Trump, but the article hits the mark. Unless somehow, Trump really is playing “4-D Chess”, seems doubtful for the moment though…

Normal Seasonal is not Normal for Silver & Gold
it usually peaks by february ,declines into July and runs up 2nd half.,but 2015 everything flipped over and tops became bottoms (I noticed in Jan 19 of 2016) and it worked out very well for me. It continues into 2017 the worlds is up side down !
There was a time when the MOON PHASES could be used to forcast Silver Prices and it actually worked.you could BUY the New moon and Sell the Full Moon ,but no longer ,I cant explain what happened ..then it flipped and became buy the Full moon and sell the New moon ..Now Im confused …Maybe MOGGY can explain what happened ? What interferred at the moon Phases ,what changed ? What Cosmic event sent everything on its head ? up side down ? The dates remain the same for Silver tops and Bottoms ,but the tops became bottoms and bottoms became TOPS on the same DATEs ..My question for MOGGY is what explanation if ANY did you see for the FLIP ? It appears to be a Cosmic Event !ANY IDEAS ?

Before I get into the meat of this post, I want to revisit something I wrote back in January.
From the post, Very Powerful People in the U.S. Government Want War – This is Their Sales Pitch:
We need to understand that those who want this war will be absolutely relentless. The sales pitch will not end until they get exactly what they want. This is where all of us critical thinkers need to play a key role. We must be prepared to diligently analyze all unsubstantiated official claims, and push back against the war-mongers, because we know for certain the oligarch-owned corporate media won’t. We must be prepared to inform our fellow citizens about what’s happening so that we don’t fall victim to a cheap sales pitch with devastating consequences. Unfortunately, we must also be prepared for a possible deep state false flag if the current sales tactic falls on deaf ears.
America cannot win a global war of such a scale if it is based on false pretenses and in the absence of exceedingly strong public support. This support does not exist. Will this serve as a necessary restraint against the masters of war and their devious plans? It’s too early to tell, but I do know that if we are unnecessarily pushed into a global conflagration, it will not end well for us. If this is the road our twisted status quo insists on taking us down, let us never forget who they are and the self-serving motivations behind their actions.
Four months later, the deep state got exactly what it wanted. Trump’s weaknesses have been identified and exploited, and he’s successfully been manipulated into neocon foreign policy like George W. Bush and Barack Obama before him. I’ve spent much of the past several months warning about exactly what happened last night, but the die is now cast. There’s no turning back from the path we’re on.
And don’t give me this garbage about Trump playing “4D chess.”
