Loading ...I’ve watched for the last several years the laying down of chemtrails either over California or just off the coast; then using HAARP to push any and all precipitation either around California or move it on east of the Sierra’s so none would fall in California, thus creating their many years of drought. Same with the Atmospheric River; pushed north or south to prevent any rainfall in California.
Now they are doing the opposite, IMO to create this disaster that is unfolding; using chemtrails and HAARP to guide the Atmospheric River so it will do the most damage.
Or, all the above is just Mother Nature in a bad mood and all the weather disasters around the world these last 15 to 20 years are only coincidental and have nothing to do with weather warfare. You decide!
