Yesterday’s left over grilled chicken breast turned into chicken fajitas with sides of black beans and Spanish rice. Bring your guitar over and I’ll see what else I can pull from the back of the fridge. 🙂

What a couple, and both can play. Wonder how that would sound of both or at least one, her doing background with a 12 string. Probably awesome. Men seem to dominate baring cords Cuz it takes Strenght to hold those cords down with your index finger depending on the guitar. She held her own with it though. With a injures index finger due to a iguana haven’t seen if I can still do them Cuz my daughter snags them. Picked up another 12 string and she got that one too. She figures if Im not going to use it she will.

What are you cooking us? 🙂

Not toe to toe…she outclasses him every inch of the way.

Except for that one 6″ snowfall, we didn’t experience winter here in the mountains…70 degrees in February is unheard of around these parts and my mini-daffodils are up a month early.  Other than that, the ground is still barren with no other signs of Spring…for which I am grateful as the pollen  gets fairly deep in these parts and I haven’t yet covered what needs covering on the screened porch.

Hope your dinner turned out well, what with all that jumping around keeping time to the beat.  Me – I would have grabbed my pussycat and have at it in a fancy dance.  ?

Listening to this as I cook dinner. Spices flying everywhere, keeping up with the beat using cooking utensils, and sometimes my feet hardly staying under me. Lol

A MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD SECURITY BREACH IN CONGRESS
Last year, eight members of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence issued a demand that their staffers be granted access to top secret classified information.

The signatories to the letter were Andre Carson, Luis Guiterez, Jim Himes, Terri Sewell, Jackie Speier, Mike Quigley, Eric Swalwell and Patrick Murphy. All the signatories were Democrats. Some had a history of attempting to undermine national security.

The office of Andre Carson, the second Muslim in Congress, had employed Imran Awan. As did the offices of Jackie Speier and Debbie Wasserman Schultz; to whom the letter had been addressed.

Imran Awan and his two brothers, Jamal and Abid, are at the center of an investigationthat deals with, among other things, allegations of illegal access. They have been barred from the House of Representatives network.

A member of Congress expressed concern that, “they may have stolen data from us.”

All three of the Pakistani brothers had been employed by Democrats. The offices that employed them included HPSCI minority members Speier, Carson and Joaquín Castro. Congressman Castro, who also sits on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, utilized the services of Jamal Moiz Awan. Speier and Carson’s offices utilized Imran Awan.

Abid A. Awan was employed by Lois Frankel and Ted Lieu: members of the House Committee on Foreign Affairs. Also on the committee is Castro. As is Robin Kelly whose office employed Jamal Awan. Lieu also sits on the subcommittees on National Security and Information Technology of the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.

Tammy Duckworth’s office had also employed Abid. Before Duckworth successfully played on the sympathy of voters to become Senator Tammy Duckworth, she had been on the Subcommittee on Tactical Air and Land Forces of the Armed Services Committee.

Gwen Graham, who had also been on the Armed Services Committee and on the Tactical Air and Land Forces subcommittee, had employed Jamal Awan. Jamal was also employed by Cedric Richmond’s office. Richmond sits on the Committee on Homeland Security and on its Terrorism and Cybersecurity subcommittee. He is a ranking member of the latter subcommittee. Also employing Jamal was Mark Takano of the Committee on Science, Space, and Technology.

Imran had worked for the office of John Sarbanes who sits on the House Energy and Commerce Committee that oversees, among other things, the nuclear industry. Other members of the Committee employing the brothers included Yvette Clarke, who also sits on the Bipartisan Encryption Working Group, Diana DeGette, Dave Loebsack and Tony Cardenas.

But finally there’s Andre Carson.

Carson is the second Muslim in Congress and the first Muslim on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and, more critically, is the ranking member on its Emerging Threats Subcommittee. He is also a member of the Department of Defense Intelligence and Overhead Architecture Subcommittee.

This goes on and on.

Democrats new angle to try and stop Trump

Posted by goldielocks @ 16:27 on February 20, 2017

Nadler would of tried to impeach Bush too but said it was usless. His agenda is similar to Obama as he said ” they” couldnt ” afford” to give tax breaks to small businesses killing jobs. He also surprisingly for a Jew was all for lifting Sanctions with Iran putting Israel Im danger. He has done some good things like expanding medicaid for victims of the Twin Tower collapse so I guess the survivors of Iran’s death to America and Israel NEXT can depend on him pushing the injured and ” broke by taxes” getting heath care.

I guess just can’t stand to see Trump undo Os executive orders and possibly out sanctions back on Iran. Maybe they should investigate them. Again WHERES the RNO?

When I was younger Id get a lot of offers to play in bands. Played the guitar plus sang. A Disney manager offered me a solo once but being with child I passed. I was too busy with nursing but would jam with people or bands here and there. One thing they’d tell me is they’d get people who wanted to play but would try to upstage them or go rouge so to speak and not play in harmony with other band members. They liked the fast I fit in lol but a important part of them making it go but didn’t have the time. Imagine that, millions of wanna be’s and I have it handed to me by a record producer and passed. Guess that’s dedication. That’s how I learned about upstaging but their harmony  was good but although both good could see she was making more effort making that happen.

that and the fact Spring has arrived early in Georgia. Going to be in the 70’s all week in these parts. Getting a case of Spring Fever along with the high pollen count. 🙂 Wants  to  make you kick up your heels.  Took all my houseplants out on the back deck this morning for some sunshine and to do a little repotting. I imagine those North Georgia Mtns are showing signs of Spring as well.

Going to go out back and see if my pile of broken branches, sticks, and leaves picked up over the winter months is ready for the match.

Best to you this fine day, Farmboy

Ororreef re Reverse Stock Splits

Posted by Mr.Copper @ 15:31 on February 20, 2017

You bring up good points, but look at USAS chart at $3.58. $1800/sh in ’04 adjusted for a 12 for one reverse split on 12/28/16, meaning that stock was .29 cents. $3.58 gives it some respect and a new start.

Re your “it (the dollar) goes down probably to where it was before” Yes of course, but if it’s already too low in value, they have to get the value higher again for new ride down in value. Can’t go from low to zero.

Ive never seen a REVERSE split work out well in the stock Market when there were NO earnings !  same goes for currency ,no value = it goes down probably to where it was before  …My rule of thumb is sell on news of reverse splits because investors were willing to leave it alone while management works to improve things ,but the split gives the shorts a reason to sell.! because management has run out of TIME!

Ipsofacto re I don’t see much upside for FCX in that!

Posted by Mr.Copper @ 15:10 on February 20, 2017

Agreed. I’m concerned about ALL the values of ALL our miners that have cross border activities now. On the positive side, the values of the BULLIONS produced in USA should rise reflecting less cheaper imported production, same as all consumer imports.

What good are cheaper imports if it causes less work and prosperity here. I remember back in the day before the gold dollar de-peg, we produced our own oil. (and everything else) USA rig workers were getting $35/hr. Then the local Oil companies with gov’t aid started IMPORTING oil because foreign rig guys were get $3 a day.

I favor focus on or prefer any miners with mines in the USA.

Like…KLDX “development and production of over two gold and silver projects in north central Nevada”

CDE “Rocheswter silver-gold mine in Nevada, the Kensington gold mine in Alaska, the Wharf gold mine in South Dakota” USAS “and the Galena Complex in Idaho. ”

HL “silver mines in Alaska, Idaho “

Re Reversal Of The Trends Of The Past Regarding Possible Reversal Of The US Dollar’s Loss Of Value

Posted by Mr.Copper @ 14:05 on February 20, 2017

The new PTB agenda would require at LEAST a 1 for 10 “Reverse Dollar Split”. Ten old dollars for one new dollar. All retail stores and service jobs etc would have to divide all prices by 10, even property taxes, divide by ten. Your bank account? Or brokerage account? Your wages? Minimum wage etc Divided by ten.

A more accurate adjustment would be 1 for 15 or 20 depending on how far back the dollar restoration wants to go, as the decay proceeded after 1913.

Todays ONE dollar got so small its probably equal to 5 slices of bread, suggesting the Dollar itself buys so LITTLE, that it should be the smallest denomination, like a penny is today.

When Henry Ford was selling Model T Fords, a days pay was $2.50, but he paid $5/day to attain the best and most reliable work force. Gold price was $19.67 an once. SIXTY EIGHT times more today. That would suggest a 1 new for 68 old dollars reverse dollar split.

Floods all over south of you. Dry creek a road no longer dry, it’s a river with cows heading for higher ground. Possible scattered power outs from fallen trees or branches starting later afternoon through night with wind gusts up to 60. We got fools out there who should of got their askes up earlier speeding past 70 weaving in and out of traffic where there’s a danger of hydroplaning into another car if they have to hit the breaks.

Farmboy, good guitarist but that guy was upstaging that woman a bit too much and she was awesome.
