I think Greenspan’s trying to rehabilitate his reputation, trying to be known as a “wise man” a “seer” for having pointed out the chaos that’s coming … when he himself was a main architect of it. He may have some truth now and then but I don’t trust him either.

I just took a look. Note that huge volume day bar almost 38 Million shares traded. I’ve often seen direction changes soon after an extreme low or extreme high combined with extra high volume. For some strange reason nobody mentions this “indicator”. I would call it a blow-off top or bottom signal.

Not that I trust him, Ol’ Greenspan said that gold AND SILVER were insurance policies now. He said that to go back to the gold standard would be seen as an act of desperation. I found his mention of silver as money to be more interesting.

Maybe someday the crooks will decide to back currencies with silver rather than gold as it is more plentiful and affordable. Who the hell knows?

I’ve listened to him talk many times over the decades. That BUM is a fake Republican. He’s a flaming iron clad pro global anti American libtard. Plus he must have backers or people he reports to, that want more and more defense spending contracts.

We can probably come up with long list of people, organizations, gov’t agencies etc etc that will get exposed and laid off fired and or put out of business. This MAJOR LONG TERM REVERSAL, started politically after the 9/11 attack, and economically after the meltdown in 2008.

Another thing with these immigrants. I don’t understand why Trump or Sean Spicer, when getting confronted by the pro immigrant people, why not  just tell them……

Thanks for the Andrew McGuire piece. He always has interesting stuff whether it’s on the mark or not. Wish they’d do the reset this weekend.

There have been a few articles on zerohedge.com the last few days. One of them involving Greenspan.

Something is coming that is going to blindside most everyone, markets are just too out of whack IMHO

I don’t understand why some authors go on and on and on. They should just get to the bottom line. I agree, a big price change, because everything is going slowly in reverse gear. And the futures market???? “It has been getting away with something they should not have been getting away with”.

Manipulation and price controls. I remember when Uranium was all by itself in a nice steady bull market. Then the “news” was…”We are putting Uranium in the futures market”. I knew that day, it was the end of higher Uranium prices, and I turned out right.

Its possible Uranium is or will start a new bull market now or soon as a reversal to reality unfolds fot the next 40 years.

The OpEx game seems to be working on the miners but the metals are hanging tough despite the dollar strength.

I don’t know, I’m not too disappointed with the action today. We’ll see how we close.

I’m looking forward to the action in the mining shares when the reset comes. Long futures holders in gold and silver will likely get screwed by a lower cash settlement but the shares will fly based on higher gold and silver.

and with Trump trying to drain the swamp, I think a reprice could be in the cards sometime in the next four years. We pray, we hope, and we stack as we can.

Will it happen? Yeah, probably so. But I think things have to get much, much, more worse before the ‘reprice’. Something to look forward to one day, but I have been waiting 20 years and counting. And I agree with one reader’s comments: ” The article reads and smells like an advertisement more than anything else.”
