Loading ...Bison, or ‘buffalo’ as we call them, have long been wild in Yellowstone National Park and other protected areas of the plains on the US side. It’s about time they were let loose north of the border. There are many private herds in the northern US states as they are raised for meat. Leaner than cattle, the meat is delicious!
