Haven’t heard from Jack Chan for a while

Jack Chan sees new major buy signal for gold but is patient

Technical analyst Jack Chan has examined the charts and says the gold sector is on a new major buy signal, which could signal a new bull market, but he is patiently waiting for confirmation.

The gold sector is on a new major buy signal, therefore opening the opportunity of a new bull market. However, Commitment of Traders (COT) data remains in bear market values and is now at levels of previous tops. I remain patient and wait for confirmation, which is when speculation according to published COT data has returned to bull market values, and the 2015 high in gold prices near $1,300/oz is exceeded to the upside.

$HUI is on a new long-term buy signal, ending the sell signal from early 2012. (See chart above).

Long-term signals can last for months and years and are more suitable for the long-term investors.

Canada unveils final anti-corruption law for the extractive sector

Posted by ipso facto @ 12:05 on April 8, 2016

Canada has released a final version of its rules governing extractive sector transparency, which forces all publicly listed local miners to report payments including taxes, royalties, fees and production entitlements of $100,000 or more to governments both home and abroad.

The Extractive Sector Transparency Measures Act, which came into force in June last year, requires large Canadian oil, gas and mining companies to publish detailed records of the payments they make overseas and locally.

Sums paid to aboriginal governments in Canada will not fall under the law until June 1, 2017.

The legislation is estimated to cover the nearly 2,000 natural resource companies whose businesses are registered in Canada or trade on Toronto’s stock exchange.

Nuke plants

Posted by silver rider @ 10:26 on April 8, 2016

The whole nuke plant system in US is designed to be expensive.   Energy from nukes should be “too cheap to meter” and safe, but if it were, TPTB would have one less control knob on the economy.

rno,

Posted by treefrog @ 10:10 on April 8, 2016

nuke plants for the middle east?  only if we can get the retards (general electric) who designed the fukashima plant to design them.

fukashima was built where space was cramped, so to save space, they put the spent fuel rod storage directly above the reactor.  when the reactor had a meltdown, guess what fell into it.

the french, on the other hand, seem to have a handle on nuke plant design.  they have three kinds, large, medium, and small.  standard, interchangeable parts.  a water pump from one will fit exactly in another, same bolt-up for mounting, plumbing, and electrical.  just like a water pump for a ford from autozone.   u.s. reactors are individually designed – no two alike.

Robot waiters fired after spilling drinks and food during restaurant service

The practice of employing technologically advanced bots to serve may have hit a snag as owners report that they’re actually rubbish

Waiter robots were meant to be the latest technological advance to revolutionise the service industry.

But the dining experience of the future might be missing serving bots after all, as a restaurant has fired theirs – because they’re not up to the job.

Spilling soup and drinks, and generally not coming up to the level of quality any of us would expect from staff when we go out to eat, means the little workers’ plan for domination has short circuited.

Despite a huge fanfare at the unveiling of the robotic waiters in restaurants, two of the forerunners have closed down, according to Workers’ Daily.

And a third has fired all of its robots but one.

“The robots weren’t able to carry soup or other food steady and they would frequently break down. The boss has decided never to use them again,” said one employee.

Pretty resilient so far. Gotta think the scum is going to try to lean on the shares today to give the appearance that they haven’t broken out.

Today’s fed speak from Bill Dudley pretty dovish – sees the need for a “cautious approach” on rates.

Wow!!!!!…straight back up….Lloyd is not gonna be happy.

I think maybe the press got a gag order on Fukashima. The water keeps pouring into the pacific. Radiation, like heavy metal, continues through the food chain. Just wait until the deformed babies and farm animals start showing up. I guess we could build nuclear plants in the Middle East. The terrorist wouldn’t have far to go.

MORE ON FUKISHIMA AND FISH=INTERNAL RADIATION SOURCE vs. EXTERNAL. “sunshine rays” and “radon gas” is a typical industry false equivalency fallacy.

Cathering Nelson, your comment is wonderful. I would add one simple concept.

Internal radiation, i.e. eating a piece of tuna with several particles of plutonium—leaves you with the plutonium remaining in your body–to destroy DNA and tissue. External radiation exposures are different–they can be one time exposures that may or may not even damage any cellular structures. They can be chronic…which leads eventually to leukemia and other cancers.

Chronic external and internal exposures can be equally as lethal. At the end of the day, there IS NO SAFE LEVEL OF RADIATION EXPOSURE. Pulling anyone into an argument that ‘it’s only a small amount”—-you need to follow the money to the entities behind Woods Hole and these Japanese “experts”.

If you were in the hospital and had radioactive seed implants for cancer treatment, we would quarantine everything in your room, including your excretions—and these isotopes have very, very short half lives. Plutonium and Uranium have half lives in the hundreds of thousands of years. These people in Fukushima are literally pissing radiation. Now these folks want us to believe that eating just a few particles isn’t dangerous.

Well, google can be a good thing for the motivated.

Natural News: BREAKING: Another film festival targeted with “heavy handed censorship” to pull VAXXED film

Posted by silverngold @ 17:36 on April 7, 2016
The Health Ranger “Very powerful forces” are now targeting all film festivals that dare to show the VAXXED documentary, a film that reveals the confession of a CDC scientist who blew the whistle on vaccine science fraud at the highest levels of government. Now, a film festival in Houston reveals how they were threatened with criminal extortion and “heavy handed censorship” if they didn’t pull the film.

The pattern is now confirmed: The vaccine industry is engaged in mafia-style tactics to silence all opposition to their vaccine lies.

VAXXED has now become the No. 1 most censored film of the year.

Fish

Posted by Ororeef @ 17:03 on April 7, 2016

Being a scuba diver for many years,I can tell you without hesitation that any fish thats sick or injured is immediately attacked and eaten by others  ,even their own kind.Cripples and injured fish are not tolerated in the WILD …Its only Human Beings that do that !   and Sharks fulfill their purpose in life  by doing that.I have swim with many SHARKS AND NEVER SEEN A SHARK ATTACK  a healthy fish.first its always the weak and injured ..an easy meal gets taken first .Shark attacks on humans are mostly accidents or curious sample bites especially if your splashing and acting like your injured.   Dont act like Prey and you wont become prey. The sharks help keep the fish we eat healthy by eating the sick and injured immediately. Im not afraid to eat fish.! Just look at it and use common sence .
