Seasonality doesnt mean the averages ….it means you need to know the exceptions ,the cycles ..four year cycles,ten year cycles ,7 year cycles 50 year cycles 200 year cycles election year cycles and then which is the current one your in ! The reversal YEAR cycle was in play 2015 thats the tip of the year ! Also include the old adages as they have the experience factor “as January goes ,so goes” ..etc recognizing what your in is the first step.The MOST sophisticated computers are used to predict the weather ..its not simplistic .You need to be alert to recognize what your in ..keep analyzing possibilities ,then synthesize ..sometimes luck enters ..january is a key to recognize where you and what cycle your in.Its not simplistic, dont listen to anybody ,some deliberately lead you astray,some dont know what they are doing.Then when you have done your education some January you will see something and a light will go on.”like I seen that pattern before 4 years ago ” I better reconsider  it”Theres nothing new under the SUN…..There are WAR cycles ,plague cycles,starvation cycles,…The Foundation for the Study of Cycles “is a good reference to start with.I recognized 2015 was a REVERSAL YEAR CYCLE..It made me some money ! nobody  is going to tell you when to buy ,when to sell.Why should they ?They will use you ! Petition calls for taxing Olympia’s wealthiest households to create college fund

A petition is circulating for a new ordinance that would tax Olympia’s wealthiest households to generate college tuition money for all local high school graduates.

Backed by a volunteer group called Opportunity for Olympia, the proposal calls for creating a 1.5 percent tax on household income in excess of $200,000. Organizers estimate about 750 households in Olympia city limits would be subject to the tax, which would raise about $2.5 million a year.

The petition needs 4,702 valid signatures by June 16 to qualify for the November general election ballot. If the law passes, every public high school graduate and GED recipient living inside Olympia’s boundaries would be eligible for money to pay for the first year of tuition at any community college, or an equivalent amount can be applied to tuition at any public university in Washington.

If you take some time to do some research …Its a seasonal pattern that will bottom May 13-14   .
