for those of you who may be following Sandridge energy, it gapped through the 50 day moving average and is now at $.10. It should test the gap and the moving average at $.07. Sandridge has a bond payment coming soon. If they make the payment on time, look for onward and upward.

Natural News: Massive nationwide assault on natural product companies to be unleashed by new FDA head

Posted by silverngold @ 18:11 on March 13, 2016

I have been an informed by an industry insider that the new FDA head Robert Califf — a huge “friend” of Big Pharma — is planning to unleash a massive nationwide assault on natural product companies.

Invoking the 2011 Food Safety & Modernization Act requirements (FSMA), natural product companies are going to be surprise inspected, intimidated and shut down in huge numbers over the next three years.

This places the entire natural products marketplace in jeopardy and could bolster the medical monopoly of the corrupt, criminal pharmaceutical industry that the FDA protects and promotes.

Lyin Cruz changed his mind about supporting the nominee. First he said there would be no contested nominee then changed his mind. Now Both Rubio and Cruz would rather eliminate votes than give it to Trump using Hillary as an excuse.

Here Cruz says the GOP would be a disaster if Trump got the election and their new tactic give it to Hillary.

The GOP  IS already a disaster and Cruz and Rubio so low in the polls WOULD give Hillary the election.

Its obvious they are more worried about Trump getting the election than Hillary because if they were so worried about Hillary they would vote for Trump if they really were serious of some of the points Trump brought up as Cruz claimed prior to finding out Trump is winning at the polls. More lies.  It wasn’t the GOP that brough the people out in masses it was Trump.

Hi Goldie

Well said, neither of them blamed the Sanders/Communist/Ayers/Soros paid punks for the “so-called protests” by PAID protesting thugs.

At least Cruz did say he would support the Republican nominee, whoever it was. Kudos to him, especially if it is Trump. Rubio has been bought and paid for by AIPAC and Sheldon Adelson. I suspect Kasich has too. Tuesday is a huge day, especially if Trump wins Florida.

Regardless, the Republican convention will be interesting and I suspect even violent should the Republicrat establishment choose to overthrow Trump via a brokered convention. We’ll see.

Merkel faces test on refugee stance as ‘Super Sunday’ regional elections begin in Germany

D’oh! Just saw this. Germans are pissed off too.

Angela Merkel’s party suffers drubbing in German state votes

The Christian Democrats lost two out of three regional states in the elections, according to exit polls

Angela Merkel was reeling from a series of election losses on Sunday that could be the most serious challenge she has faced to her power in Germany.

The vote, on what the German press called “Super Sunday”, was for regional parliaments in three of the country’s federal states.

But the timing meant that it was seen as a virtual referendum on Mrs Merkel’s controversial “open-door” refugee policy.

The results could seriously undermine the German chancellor as she tries to persuade EU leaders to agree to a deal with Turkey to resolve the migrant crisis.

Mrs Merkel’s Christian Democrat party (CDU) was beaten in its stronghold of Baden-Württemberg for the first time in more than 50 years, according to exit polls.

Rubio, Cruz

Posted by goldielocks @ 14:51 on March 13, 2016

Show their hypocrisy about their claims of constitutionalists first amendment conservatism by pinning the blame of the anarchists violent protest on Trump instead of the far left socialists doing it. Then Rubio came out said he wouldn’t support Trump in words that said that supporting Trump would give the election to Hillary. Cruz hinted the same. Why no mention of Bernie? What do they know or ” assume” we don’t? Another scare tactic to take votes away from the republican party and give them to the socialists if it turns out the establishments picks arent elected. Their  pulling any trick they can on Trump is in fact a Attack on the people’s choice over their own.

wrong precedent

Posted by treefrog @ 14:24 on March 13, 2016

i’ve seen some commentary comparing the donald to reagan.  i think that’s the wrong image.

think of a former republican president…

new york pushy,

brash,

loudmouth,

outsider to the party elite,

rich,

….teddy roosevelt, right?

the donald doesn’t have teddy’s huge teeth, but he’s got big hair.

Lex Rex vs Rex Lex

Posted by packy @ 14:07 on March 13, 2016

Lex Rex (Law is King) = Cruz probably

Rex Lex (King is Law) = Trump perhaps

but above all Psalm 127:1

Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the Lord keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.
