The more I look, the worse it gets.
corporate America has been eating the seed. They use all their cash flow and every dime they can borrow to buy their stock back. That means no investment in new machinery, new ideas, new employees, new anything other than management stock options. When they cash in, that company will cease to exist in a very short time span. Governments will be broke, corporations will be broke and nobody left to “prime the pump”. I wonder what phiz in hand will be worth then?

The comments section says the video was shot from Amtrak’s “Empire Builder”… the old Great Northern Rwy train that goes from Chicago to Seattle along the northern tier of states…. so yes, you are likely correct on the geography. It goes thru that region.

Earlier, the US Senate passed the House-approved version of the USA Freedom Act, a bill cementing the surveillance powers of the NSA, only one day after the expiration of key provisions of the Patriot Act. While sold as reigning in the agency’s surveillance powers, the bill allows the NSA to resume collecting intelligence.
With only a simple majority needed, the new legislation passed the Senate with 67 in favor, 32 against.
