I have a friend and he wants to build something cheap and fun, we’re kicking around this idea. Maybe you can do something a little more minimalist. I like treehouses too
Mandatory company meeting today. The Corp. President (who has never been here before) tells us we are doing a great job, the company has never been better, so…. they sold us! Worse, they sold us to a company who has a reputation as a poor corporate steward, famous for job cuts and stripping down companies before ‘flipping’ them again.
Pretty much stunned silence from the staff. Present corporate was pretty good, with great retirement program and benefits. I’m too damn close to ‘retirement’ and was hoping to put the icing on my retirement cake with this company. Now I will be ‘vested’ at a much lower level at present as they exit, and I seriously doubt that new owners will be happy with any new retirement or pension funding. I still have a job for the few months before new ownership. After that it’s ‘pot luck’ for an old fart in a small, highly specialized technical field. I may have to move, again.
Maybe I will just retire to a tree house in the jungle back in Hawaii. If I save up, maybe I can install a toilet!

Both partys are corrupt and sell -out US corporations with one big exception…you never see a trade deal selling out a US BANK ,DO YOU ? Why is that ? if the trade deal is good for other corportions , why not the
BANKS ? Are their jobs sacrosanct ..beyond trade,above the proposed trade deals ,untouchables !
I havent traded Futures for 10 years but…..I dont think things have changed on the principals of what happins when the near term sells for higher prices than out months ..That signal means that there is an immediate need for delivery near term and buyers are willing to pay up because they need it NOW !
While future delivery also carrys a time cost for inventory ,delivery in the Future and yet it sells for less than delivery NOW! What does that say for delivery shortage in GOLD & Silver NOW ??
Its getting worse by the DAY especially for any size quantity ….
You futures traders out there ! Am I missing something ? Who is going to bail out the big losers in this trade ?..Its too big for even a Bank to handel ? The Silver Shorts are going for Broke !
What do they do when “open interest “collapses” for delivery “FAILS”…Thats the question !
