Loading ...I havent traded Futures for 10 years but…..I dont think things have changed on the principals of what happins when the near term sells for higher prices than out months ..That signal means that there is an immediate need for delivery near term and buyers are willing to pay up because they need it NOW !
While future delivery also carrys a time cost for inventory ,delivery in the Future and yet it sells for less than delivery NOW! What does that say for delivery shortage in GOLD & Silver NOW ??
Its getting worse by the DAY especially for any size quantity ….
You futures traders out there ! Am I missing something ? Who is going to bail out the big losers in this trade ?..Its too big for even a Bank to handel ? The Silver Shorts are going for Broke !
What do they do when “open interest “collapses” for delivery “FAILS”…Thats the question !
