After all… who would have believed some years back that the PM markets would be so heavily and obviously manipulated.? Yet we now generally accept this as a truth.
Aluminum: The body needs some light elements. It was designed for magnesium, which provides many health benefits. Unfortunately, our soils and foods are now very deficient in magnesium. So what does the body accumulate instead? Aluminum! This is the stuff that makes neurologic plaques in the brain and contributes to alzheimers and dementia. So what is the cheapest, commonly available cookware? Aluminum! Just a little food acid from cooking and you have aluminum infusion in your food… one way to keep the masses from living too long or being ‘too aware’.
I will not have aluminum cookware. Stainless steel or porcelain coated iron ware, or cast iron is all I use. One tragic product used by a lot of old people, including my late grandmother, is “Milk of Magnesia”. Somebody ought to sue Philips over that name. The contents are listed as “Alumina”. It contains no magnesium! It’s aluminum! I watched my grandmother ingest this stuff daily, even as she sank into dementia as it clogged her brain.
I take magnesium supplements. Too much will give you loose bowels, except for the form of Magnesium Malate which will not give you the ‘runs’. Another good way to absorb theraputic magnesium is soak in a tub of hot water with two cups of Epsom Salts… Magnesium Sulfate. After half an hour you can taste it as it infuses your body. Great muscle relaxer!
