German, French leaders take new Ukraine peace plan to Kiev, Moscow
(Reuters) – The leaders of Germany and France announced a new peace plan for Ukraine on Thursday, planning to fly together to Kiev and Moscow with a proposal to resolve the conflict that could be “acceptable to all”.
The coordinated trip by Chancellor Angela Merkel and President Francois Hollande comes as rebels advanced on a railway hub held by Ukrainian troops after launching an offensive that scuppered a five-month-old ceasefire.
With Washington talking of arming Ukraine for the first time, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry also visited Kiev on Thursday. He had no plans to go to Moscow and was not involved in the Franco-German initiative, although he supported it.
Moscow confirmed plans for the meeting with Merkel and Hollande and said it hoped the talks would be “constructive”. A presidential aide in Kiev said it awaited the talks with “restrained optimism”.
The Franco-German plan looks like an eleventh-hour bid by Europe’s core powers to halt the escalation of the conflict ahead of diplomatic deadlines that are likely to make east-west confrontation even worse.

Those of us, like me, who don’t believe in vaccines, will readily accept the rights of those who are for them to have vaccinations. However those who are for vaccinations, want to force everyone to have them. You can not reason with the left, its their way or the highway. They say that if we don”t vaccinate, we will spread disease. What!!! I thought that vaccinations protected you from disease. Sorry but i will not let anyone inject mercury, fetal tissue or monkey virus into me over my dead body. I have never had a needle in 25 years and never felt better.

All good points and I know what you say is true….but I am looking forward to the day when the world goes back to a days work for a days pay. After all, there really ain’t no free lunch!! Half of America is feeding the other half and the other half have to do what?? Right!! Nothing!! Sorry to say America is beyond saving, and you can thank your bought and paid for leader(s) who were voted in by all those freeloaders and illegals. What gets me is we, the older generation, are being blamed for the shape the country is in, but at least we did a days work for a days pay. we didn’t sit on our ass and expect a free ride through life. We paid for what we got but I doubt we will ever collect all the retirement we also paid for, because all these freeloaders are eating it up as we speak. IMO!! Silverngold

I was in the Donut business for 24 Years I can tell you with certainty ..dont give away free discarded food ..you will regret it..Nothin but trouble ! maybe even lawsuits……I tried donating to little sisters of the poor and every day they came by to pick up “day olds” they would come in my store and ask paying customers to move their cars so he can get up close to the door to get is “FREE DONUTS” ..THen when they got to know the “HELP” and there were NO “day olds” the sympathetic help would surrepticious take some off the shelf and give it to them….
THen I tried to give it to a PIG FARMER and he tried to blame me for his pigs getting too fat too fast according to his vet …! and when there were none for the poor piggies same thing happined ..donuts came off the shelf and into the piggies bucket….while I wasent looking….
POOR LITTLE PIGGIES….no more donuts…Then there are the Lawyers ..should anyone claim to have gotten sick ,or the Farmers PIGS got to fat from eating like PIGS …You got trouble !….BOTTOM LINE THrOW it AWAY and LOCK the DUMPSTER …one day I cought a dumpster diver bagging them up and he ran away to the street and drove away in his Mercedes….

The austerity measures imposed on the Greeks are causing the same carnage the Germans suffered after WWI. The Greek citizens, especially the youth, are at he end of their rope. It may not matter what the slime ball leadership does. The riots in the street are near. The debt inspired collapse will have a temporary change in leadership followed by the more permanent form of government. History is replete with examples. If the slimeballs don’t get the fiat in the hands of the public instead of the bankers, the deflationary spiral will continue until it’s out of control and monetary velocity will approach zero.

I was the landfill contractor for a three city area. About twice per week the bread trucks would come in and dump their day old bread….dozens to hundreds of loaves, so I would call the local soup kitchens etc and they would come gather the bread for the needy and hungry. When the bread company found out they began having their drivers cut open all the loaves so they would be contaminated, rather than have someone get something for nothing…..a criminal waste IMO. Save a few bucks. Go to Home D. and the plumbing section. Purchase a spray nozzle and hose like the one on your kitchen sink, also a “T” fitting for the water intake line to your toilet. Simple installation. Spray your butt when necessary. Used a lot in South Florida. LOL
