I can tell you that here in Virginia that any business that gets out of hand gets reported to “The State Corporation Commission ” ..They hold life aand death Licence over them even the biggest Insurance companies and BANKS FEAR the “STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION” . When I had trouble with a Corrupt Franchisor The Commission threatened to bar them from opening any more stores in Virginia unless the stopped some of their Preditory practices with Franchisees.
All my attorney needed to do was mention the “State Cotporation Commission” and the multinational Corporations will cave in .
Thats where LOCAL POwer exceeds Mulitnational Corp and Federal Power.
In fact in North Carolina thats exactly what happened and this Corporation was barred for 15 years from selling any more Franchises .
It took tons of money to buy a Wannabe Gouvenor to finally get that lifted after he got elected. It was that expense that tought that franchisor to behave itself.

AFAIK with IE passwords are more secure if you copy and paste them, but I don’t know much about it. I’ve no knowledge of Ubuntu. If the NSA or some other alphabet agency wants to hack you then they probably can no matter what your operating system is.

They are geting to be “control freaks” Im going to raise hell about this even though I appreciate all that Linux has done for the world and the Ubuntu people have provided a lot and deserve credit and praise for all that ..but but my freedom is not for sale because your not charging for something …I thank them for all they do ,but I do not forgo my freedom of choice …..Its like accepting Government assistance ….! I really do appreciate all they do ,but I see something creeping in and am sounding an alarm ! Linux is touted as open source and if someone wants to add value and then charge for what they add I have no complaint about that ,thats a good thing.! I have praised all that have contributed and would do the same to the best of my ability ..I do not want to see open source get corrupted.or we go back to corporate monoploy like Microsoft & Apple .Volenteers spirit should be kept alive .Maybe Im overly sensitive to an over zealous security programmer ,but I am a freedon watchdog …….Others are voicing the same complaints and I think we will be heard by the Good people at Ubuntu ! Buy a Ubuntu magazine,make sure its got a live disk attached to it.boot up from the disk ,set your computer BIOS to first try to boot from a cd before the C: drive ..then it boots directly from the disk without identifing your HD …Its intended purpose is to get you to try the operating system before you install it ,since its free op system anyway they dont care that you can use it instead of your Hard drive to boot up…It will ask you if you want to try it first ..say yes without installing it yes ..Ill decide later ….yada yada yada..

I will go online with a “LIVE” disk where no record exists for my having been there .Its better than any Anonymous schemes ,very simple very effective no one can trace me since Im totolly virtual with no ID ,nothing is saved on my computer since I didnent sign on with a computer but with a live disk I got from a magazine purchase…HOWS THAT FOR SECURITY ! those Dumb asses..
