Gold does not want to give up $3300 for more than a day. Such good strength even if it has flatlined for the last couple of months. Keeps the $4K target by year end in play.

The boats have these little boats that see them off he could of jumped on to catch up or a helicopter if he’s not afraid of heights to get dropped down on.a cable to the boat. That sounds like fun. I saw that on the Lucy show once lol

Apart from the above Trump’s new aggression twds Russia is also pissing off India and China…….that is getting on for 1/3 of the World, well over half including all BRICS……..Volatility could be about to get very active.
Definitely Powell is controlled by the Euro banking elites who are trying to unravel Trump’s economic plan, because it’s working. Their plan to destroy the west was interrupted, they needed America the most and almost had us with the third Obama term via Biden, flooding our country with illegals.
Powell will be fired, but the question is whether the new Fed chief will go outside the lines of his banking masters, I don’t see how he can do that, but we will see. Trump now needs to hang Powell for his theft of $2.5 billion taxpayer dollars via the Fed “renovation.”
Today we have a big test on a jobs report Friday. The SM might just be starting its’ long-awaited correction with futures down this am. They love to turn the SM to mush in the August-September months. Will pm’s be able to be insulated from the selling?
The charts are interesting. Silver needs to bounce off the 50 dma here, as does the HUI. Gold broke its 50 day but has been straddling it for a month now. All of them look like decent buys here if you’re a bull. Same could be said if you’re a bear I guess. 🙂
The pesky dollar keeps rising, but oddly enough rates haven’t jumped as much as they probably should have, the 10 yr is still below 4.4%. Seems to me it should have blown above 4.5%
My fingers are crossed that we can hold up here. I’m not crazy about the action in the silver shares premarket, but we’ll see. I suspect August is where the rubber meets the road.
If so, is he is running the Fed to wreck Trump’s economy and make him look a fool , in order to advance the Globalist cause…..Also if true, it would be logical to try and stop Gold’s rally, to stop it being used as an asset to counter the National Debt…..so is the return of PM bashing, a result of that….PM bashing was notable in it’s absence in the main Gold run.
Well there is the proof that they are NOT “just contrails”! FYI that is a 747 which do not fly for commercial passengers anymore. A few are freighters yet. I guess this would be considered ‘freight’. 🙂
The initial story I heard was from a small hotel where a few passengers found refuge and told the story. But it turns out that the Red Cross stepped up and opened a school gym to shelter some 500 of the passengers, and those interviewed were most grateful for the ‘Aloha’ shown to them. Still… sleeping on a gym floor not the best. But they had bathrooms, and the busses collected them the next morning. One passenger interviewed described arriving at the port only to see the ship leaving with his wife and son onboard. So it would be interesting to know what his parameters are. Because compared to the noughties run we have high interest rates, nobody can afford a house, China is subdued, tariffs are creating uncertainty (e.g. copper price gyrations!) – his parameters are different to mine. The noughties run did pull me out of the rat race, and a couple of the kids are wondering if there are any similar things happening that they can use to do likewise, especially with house ownership.

I don’t think people buy commodities for investment purposes. Some large corporations may, whose primary interest is trading commodities to end users, but the ordinary Joe can’t store megatons of coal or iron ore, or Natgas or oil. So although he was accurate in saying that the inflation is grounded in debt and a currency debasement war, well, those are why there wasn’t a commodities bull. They are partly the reason for the gold bull market we had. Consumption drives commodity prices. Point me to a consumption parameter Graddhy!

I talked to my Japanese friend today. I ask her what tsunami means in Japanese and she said it means to them a series of waves. Tsu series, Nami means waves. They don’t think of it as Harbor waves. Harbor is a different word too. She told me the word but can’t spell it. She looked tsunami up and saw it said harbor waves but that’s like a port, something stationary to her. They interpret it different even if it says harbor. Anyways things aren’t so simple when learning another language as it might seems if from written translators. They see it as we do, a tidal wave.

We had the last commodities boom after the dotcom bust, leading up to the GFC, when economies were financed by cheap money and China was consuming raw materials at a phenomenal rate. What is going to drive the demand for commodities this time?
Hopefully whar will happen is PMs drop a little bit and fall flat and premiums will calm down for a short time. Plus Next year we’re getting a new Fed.
