Read quickly on my phone. Regardless, it’s good to hear that he wasn’t damaged for life, and good that he has a mentor of sorts like you.

Yep Disney got way way too greedy. They also stopped letting people buy tickets and holding on to them. I had a couple I didn’t use up and went back 5 yrs later after getting off a vacation in landing in S Cal off a boat. By then the price went up. My long time VN Army vet friend who didn’t want me exploring around foreign countries alone especially Mexico went with me.
He had to negotiate with them over those saved tickets and that was years ago. Now they don’t do it anymore.
I’m guessing stock boards have something to do with it too besides woke.
The only time in history That I know of besides tyrants here and there who didn’t even do it to their own followers as hostile as they were or individual cases but nuts are the generation starting in the late 40 s till now who of causing the next generations to be less than they are. Dumbed down, censored, demoralized, sickened, confused, maimed, drugged and anything that is contradictory to a thriving evolution as a human species and ahead of the next. A lot of changes in the last 100 years to make life easier but now slowing and seemingly moving backwards.
In times past with group think mostly coming from strict religion that was risky if anyone questioned them or had a different opinion like the earth is not flat came secret society’s. Now there making evil ones not so secret anymore and full of out of touch idiots who have answers to nothing. Even Jesus was persecuted and killed. Now it’s no longer religion and parents are or moving to or thinking about moving away from institutions like public schools to home schools as well as confronting these morons in the school boards and again we’re have the hostile response from a tyrannical, hostile and ignorant government.
We have a lot of wanna be politicians who complain about it but fail to react to it.

We not only didn’t break out from the TA bottom although there’s another below it’s closer to now. It’s also not broke out of its down trend. IMO it’s nice if it could go together but if I had to chose one or the other Id pick a breakout from a down trend instead of buying a Ta bottom the waiting for hit to break out to verify it was the bottom
Last night checking SM sectors and they put stocks on there I saw a lot of juniors light up by tiny amounts. That doesn’t mean I’m going to jump in until down trend line rooms to break out, just saying.
I found some pretty good ETFs in both robotics and AI about 26 a share if anyones interested in that sector. One follows all the big ones like Adobe and basically all the big players. one is making a cup and handle. I don’t totally trust ETFs but lll probably buy some for down the road. They seem to be following them pretty good.
Robert has one on Bitcoin sector and had moved up a bit since.
Now I see this morning he had a bunch of PM stocks on there.
BG – grand-nephew? – or 2nd cousin once removed?
Not sure . My paternal aunt’s grandson .
Yes , it is great that he has recovered from repeated traumas thanks to his faith .
Alex
Glad about your grandson! I am with you on the sound of freedom movie excellent.
Gee!! My dream vacation!!
The topic is poignant to me
…because I am in contact with the son (now in his 60’s) of one of my female cousins .
As a boy he was abused sexually by his own father, a successful business owner and even a member of parliament at one point .
As a young man he had severe drug and alcohol issues , but found real help at last in his Christian faith , and is doing well now .
Movie recommendation
Sound of Freedom
Based on an actual rescue of trafficked children .
Doing very well at the box office ; already at almost 200% of target in first week of release .
Disney sat on the release of this movie for five years until Angel studios bought the rights to it according to what I have read .

Nutrients That Can Help Boost Testosterone Levels
In addition to using bioidentical hormones or saw palmetto, there are two nutrients that have been found to be beneficial to testicular health and testosterone production.
Zinc
Zinc is an important mineral in testosterone production.8 Yet, the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey found that about 45 percent of adults over 60 have low zinc levels due to insufficient intake. Regardless of supplementation, 20 to 25 percent of older adults still had inadequate levels.9
It was found that supplementing with zinc for as little as six weeks has been shown to improve testosterone in men with low levels. On the other hand, restricting zinc dietary sources yielded to a drop in the production of the male hormone.10 Excellent sources of zinc include:
- Oysters
- Protein-rich foods like meats and fish
- Raw milk and raw cheese
- Beans
- Fermented foods, like yogurt and kefir and miso
You may also take a zinc supplement to raise your levels. Just stick to a dosage of less than 40 milligrams a day. Overdosing on zinc may cause nausea or inhibit the absorption of essential minerals in your body, like copper.
Vitamin D
Vitamin D deficiency is a growing epidemic in the US, and is profoundly affecting men’s health. The cholesterol-derived steroid hormone vitamin D is crucial for men’s health. It plays a role in the development of the sperm cell nucleus, and helps maintain semen quality and sperm count. Vitamin D can also increase your testosterone level, helping improve your libido. Have your vitamin D levels tested using a 25(OH)D or a 25-hydroxyvitamin D test. The optimal level of vitamin D is around 50 to 70 ng/ml for adults. There are three effective sources of vitamin D:
- Healthy sun exposure
- Safe-tanning beds
- Vitamin D3 supplementation

The Connection Between Weight and Low Testosterone Levels
Morning Goldie, maddog
Spot gold sitting at $1938, futures $1943. Silver only up $.10
Who knows if we’ll hold these gains – it’s still early -but as Goldie mentioned, we did not break the T/A bottom – at least in the HUI. 225 should have been it.
The USD is sliding again this am, not all that much but still down against the other fiat in the basket.
10 yr. is back below 4% to 3.96% – that may be helping us and the SM as well.
Energy and metals up across the board, nothing crazy. BHP and RIO moving up, as copper is up $.012.
Just hoping the oasis we’re seeing in the distance is not another mirage. It’s been a long time out here in the desert with no water. Hard to get too excited until we see the whites of their eyes.
As I’ve been writing they’s taken silver back to flat. There’s no easy roads for us – ever.
Interesting Au took out 1930, hit 37, got smacked back, as per….but is now going up again
That BRICS news may well be the catalyst……

It didn’t break out from the technical bottom and started heading to the next. I had a bad feeling not that feelings count it was gonna do that and it did. I wonder if it’s being bought in a quiet matter though like China did before,
I have been looking at and traded things like IA stocks like Adobe and even a bitcoin to tests the waters but not heavy in anything although this time not only should of been but should be to a point not ignoring other opportunities.
Did you see Roberts charts, one of the Bitcoin ones I think it was went up 15 % on Friday. People probably will choose to take some off the table not to give up their gains and sell for now.
Shares smell blood in the water?
Of the USD?
PM’s are being held down as I expect they will be until the dollar actually collapses.
HUI would be higher but they’re sitting on NEM. Tomorrow NEM will go higher and they’ll sit on AEM.
Last thing I want to see if a string of 2-3 point up days, if this is a bottom the moves should be explosive.
At least Copper’s bottom has held so far.
I see Joe Dementia
has decided or rather been told he is spending the night in the UK…and King Chucky has invited him round….a favourite game is asking people who would be their dream diner guests……If u asked them who their nightmare guests would be……those two have to be at the top of anyone sanes list.
Just imagine the conversation……..King Chucky…..I do love a good windmill, so good for Gaia…..Joe Dementia …what’s a windmill…can I have my ice cream…now….

Thanks for the heads up. I might have to sell something this morning so naturally wake up too early at 3:20 am Calif time and want to go back to sleep.
Kind of quiet this am
USD is up a little, 10 yr. is flat, oil down a little, as is Bitcoin.
I’ve noticed BHP and RIO have been getting hit pretty hard the last few days, although copper is only down $.02 this am. Not sure why they’re so weak.
SM is mixed. I suppose for pm’s flat is probably good.
Great pic treefrog!

Work up too early because it was too warm.
yes it is a good one for the blood vessels and has anti inflammatory and antihistamine effects too, Do some DD on it. You might be surprised what you might find. How much is too much? It would help to go as best as humanity where you can still enjoy food, with heart healthy foods. Like my friend mentioned that her husbands friend in CHF was made to believe animal fasts were good for you. Maybe if you lived in a place with long winters and nothing but meat just to live.
Look at where else it is. You took it when you had Covid. Quercetin is a form.
Flavonoids (specifically flavanoids such as the catechins) are “the most common group of polyphenolic compounds in the human diet and are found ubiquitously in plants”. Flavonols, the original bioflavonoids such as quercetin, are also found ubiquitously, but in lesser quantities.
In nature, flavonoid compounds are products extracted from plants and they are found in several parts of the plant. Flavonoids are used by vegetables for their growth and defence against plaques(,7). They belong to a class of low-molecular-weight phenolic compounds that are widely distributed in the plant kingdom.

Thanks for the info on Pomegranate juice. I get it as juice concentrate and try to get some every day. It is said to prevent plaque buildup in the arteries and even help reduce the plaques existing. Powerful stuff.

Forgot to mention although I mentioned it before this statement…
Statin, medications used to lower cholesterols. There is one case report of a man who developed rhabdomyolysis (a condition where muscle tissue breaks down and leads to kidney damage) after taking rosuvastatin (Crestor) and drinking 200 ml of pomegranate juice weekly. Although scientists are not sure whether drinking pomegranate juice while taking statins caused the condition, you should check with your doctor before drinking pomegranate juice if you also take a statin. Statins include:
Statins will attack muscle tissue cause muscle pain and your hearts a muscle even though a different type of muscle it’s still a muscle. So I can pretty well guess it’s the statins. Whether the other enhances it I can’t say but pomegranate doesn’t deplete Co Q 10 like statins. Anyone on them can’t give advice .. but IMO should take Coq10 and be monitored.
