I think the rotation has started this week, but it’s been slow. The little signs are there, the shares outperforming on both the down and upside this week. We’re not running away on the upside unless the SM does, but we’re also not completely cratering when the SM sells off either. Today is a good example, HUI is flat while the QQQ’s are down 600+ pts – over 1.3%

Last week, the HUI was down over 2% when the QQQ’s were down 1%.

They still have the paper markets under their control somewhat, as we can see with silver. That needs to change, yesterday they sat on gold, but it seems they can only handle one market at a time. The shares are being accumulated IMHO, but I don’t think it’s too long before the momo players come in.

This has been totally different than the previous market selloffs. Our metals have held like champs with the exception of a couple of days last week. Maybe the dollar is helping. All JMHO.

You are so right.

They are fighting the breakouts coming – their worthless tech stocks against PM / commodity complex – and the battle is intensifying – where any strength in the macro past this point will trigger unstoppable long-term moves.

Stocks were up but they had to bang them back down because PMs are threating to trigger noticeable capital rotation breakouts – which would bring a flood of new capital into the sector.

This will come despite their best efforts – it’s just a matter of time.

Markets always return to the mean/sanity.

Giving the finger to the SM to start the day. Large caps want to move higher. 330-335 should be resistance.

Just waiting for silver to turn the corner. Maybe we’ll get lucky.

… on silver this morning for no good reason because they have to show everyone they are still in control – it being ‘jobs day’ – where they customarily punish PM investors for being so stupid.

With stocks now short-term oversold – the gold/silver ratio could fall quite a bit in coming days.

Whatever they were, it seems they were bullish for pretty much everything except the dollar, which is freefalling again. I say “everything” but I’m watching the SM and it is starting to look shaky again. So well see.

Silver coming back, gold solid, shares very solid as well in the premarket. Would be nice to close the week strong.

I did a little more searching that Ukraine did not join the Nazis but were invaded but because of the treatment of Russia by Stalin they welcomed the liberation from  Russia.

It was true, but they did NOT say, later on because of unfair foreign competition we would end up with less wealth producing tax paying jobs, that wages would lag inflation, and we would need our wives to go to work, need 6 year car loans and we would end up with trade deficits and a $35 trillion national debt.

In my opinion, the good guys finish last. That’s the USA. And its way too late to play fair anymore. Its time for the USA to be UNfair. We were treated very unfairly, so imo its no more Mr. Nice Guy. Its time to NOT be fair anymore, like we were sold out by Europe et al against our will.
