Opec has raised production, slightly more than anticipated plus Saudi Arabia has cut prices by $ 2.30…all as the Tariffs hit……and u can bet that the Opec members in the know, loaded up with puts before it was all announced, so once the Tariffs news hit, the Algo’s had to delta hedge at mkt, loads and loads of puts…hence the Oil mkt fell apart…..

Russia may have agreed to all this, as if the war ends, their expenditure goes right down……and of course Trump gets a cheaper oil price….being on the inside, at the moment….sure helps.

This strength in Silver is the confirmation that it was being sat on,,……I wonder if Soros and his cum mates got caught short and just kept adding and are useing this gift to cover…..if so they are no way near out.

Gold was down as much as $37 and up as much as $36. Currently sliding back down $17

Still, PM’s are the only things other than bonds that have been up tonight. Bitcoin has recovered half its losses, but still down 3%

Clearly London took the opportunity to cover some shorts in silver.

PM shares are being obliterated in the premarket and look way overdone to me. Not in line with the metals at this point. If the metals continue to outperform today, I believe these shares will be bought with both fists down here.

Action in the Crimex will be quite telling.

The US imports about $4tn of stuff each year. Let’s say that the tariffs average 30%, and that the tariffs are totally absorbed by the American consumer, that raises $1.2tn in revenue. US debt is increasing by $1.8 – $2tn p.a. So they need to stop SPENDING, and if DOGE works with a $2tn cut in expenditure, then, and only then, do they start to pay down the debt. Except that, if they aren’t spending the $2tn which DOGE has removed from the economy, they won’t be importing $4tn of stuff with a $1.2tn tariff cost, and the economy will be in depression with increased SS payments and they’ll still be lucky to have anything left over to repay the debt. Even if a miracle happens, and they have a spare trillion, it’ll take 30 years to pay off the debt; starting in a depression.

There needs to be more clarification before the elections taking their votes off the registry and or ineligible to count them watched if they did anyways also go after the ones who counted them.  Not just the ones not eligible but those who purposely voted that should not,  be a non citizen, out of state of not registered. Especially those committing voter fraud voting in more than one state or a non citizen. I remember one black woman bragging that during the 2020 she moved to Florida from Georgia and said she was going to vote for Biden in both states.

If the Cap’n’s commies were in charge of the system, tinkering with it only lets them run circles around you. Tariffs are breaking the system externally to the US so they have very little influence. PPT, interest rates, labor laws, SEC rules etc can’t be used to fight back. But as someone mentioned earlier (Cap’n?) you’ve got to do it early to give yourself chance to rebuild before the mid-terms.

So, was the sledgehammer too heavy? Is there actually a more refined plan rather than the extremely crude imposts made on Wednesday? And why is Norfolk Is slammed with 29% tariffs when it’s never exported anything to the US (or anywhere else for that matter) and has no import tariffs at all? Mainly because it has nothing to export; it’s dependent on Govt. handouts and tourism (for the newly weds and nearly deads) for its existence. It doesn’t even have a VAT. Oh, and its strategic location …. – the whole tariff structure stinks of a random number generator.
