Esp when longer term inflation is outpacing the interest rate you receive by a wide margin …
That’s pretty much what’s happening. The normal people are starting to stand up.
The issues are what will happen to inflation if a recession or depression. Prices of certain products will go down, but with continued shortages imo of commodities how much if any will they drop?
There is also the possibility that at some point sooner that later if the bond market is to be believed, the fed will start cutting regardless of inflation. We could have rates back down to zero or below.
A retest of the lows sounds right from a technical standpoint and then a rocket shot?
With the fed tinkering anything can happen. Makes investing in bonds a crapshoot.

They all (liberal activists) got their way, the dominant force for decades. And like a pendulum, or like Hitler, they went too far, and the system is gagging on the results. The harder the abnormal left pushes, the harder the normal right reacts. Everybody gets a turn. Finally, the nice quiet easy going docile normal people are turning into the loud majority.

Bonds have been in quite a Bull Market. Doesn’t look like it’s going to continue! A guaranteed loser going forward. IMO

Well I still scroll through the posts with my morning coffee. I don’t post as I no longer trade.
I follow the interest rates and chart those as that is where my pm money is and I did make some from time to time on pms.
My point is just because there are few posts doesn’t mean there aren’t readers. You must get the traffic reports to show that?
Oh, I did keep NEM for old time sake. I have traded in and out a few times and am back in now and a little under water. But it reminds me of the old days. Winedoc reminded me of how long we all have known each other. I will lift a glass tonight to the Oasis.
