Good for Manchin, one of the last in the demo party with any intellect and integrity amongst a bunch of morons that just can’t reach far enough in our pockets.
Meanwhile Joe is heading for Saudi oil because he wants to protect the consumers to bring the gas prices down because of the war in Ukraine right?
He promised his party he’d shut the oil down, why don’t he own it? I guess his voters didn’t think that through.
Hurray for Joe Manchin
Manchin Shuts Down Latest Plans For New Tax Hikes, Climate Spending
Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) has once again derailed the Biden agenda, telling Democratic leaders on Thursday that he won’t support new spending on new tax hikes or spending on climate measures, in what Bloomberg describes as a “potentially fatal blow” to Democrats’ ambitious economic agenda.

I did and was fine. That was almost 2 hrs of being stuck there. Moving one car length at a time then stopping again. I had a two bedroom time share up and they’d even set up fishing trips and other things there if I wanted to get away. I could go anytime for a small fee.

If you have power steering I don’t think you want to turn off your engine even if going slowly …
Ipso
I did that before coming down from Tahoe. Difference was there was a landslide and traffic was at a complete stop on only moving a car space at a time and got tired of turning the engine on and off. It is a hard pull even then and have to move slow in neutral.
That kinda ruined his day. Huh
Those bMWs are costly to fix anyways.
I checked with my daughters bike abd found a recall on the breaks that she never got the message. Her phone broke too so had to walk quite a distance to get help. I wouldn’t of known about it because she couldn’t call anybody but the police called me saying I was a nearest relative and asked if I knew where she was when they found the bike.
Good thing I found out when I let her borrow my phone til she got another that day she had a heck of a time typing on it so Im not alone.
Costs rising everywhere
Cost of expansion at Rio Tinto’s Oyu Tolgoi rises again
Rio Tinto (ASX, LON, NYSE: RIO) flagged on Friday a cost increase of $300 million for the ongoing expansion of its massive Oyu Tolgoi copper-gold mine in Mongolia.
The world’s second largest miner said the cost and schedule reforecast, completed in June, now pegs the total project cost estimate at $7.06 billion, almost $1.8 billion higher than its original estimate in 2015.
SIGN UP FOR THE COPPER DIGEST
The company blamed the rise on skilled labour supply constraints caused by covid-19 and noted the new estimate, under review by Oyu Tolgoi’s board, assumes there are no further disruptions.

I saw that before. I wonder why he did that add. It’s no like he needs the money.

He almost was a contender! ![]()
HUI down already
just 4 minutes in.
Still can’t hold even a small gain.

Isn’t that amazing that BMW with their expensive automobile is stooping to nickel and dime their customers. All they are going to do is piss them off!
In the future: A man driving on the freeway … Oh no I forgot to renew my steering subscription … Aiiieeee CRASH!
That reminds me of a guy I used to work with in N. California, decided to drive up to Reno to do some gambling … on a long down slope in the Sierras he thought he would save some gas so he turned off his engine … the power steering locked up and he drove off the road and crashed. He wasn’t hurt bad but his car was totaled. He was very lucky and probably never did that again!

Fed will only reverse if the economy slumps in a recession but thing is like retail if they’re looking at jobs it isn’t gonna be enough because just because they have jobs doesn’t mean their not getting buried in inflation. Their savings isn’t going up but they don’t care.
A lot of damage could be done before they get it and we lose jobs which we already are and they can’t just push a button to bring them back.
One thing that brings prices down besides everything else they’re doing wrong is stoping monopoly’s to protect consumers. Instead they’re selling out to monopoly’s like Gates and the vax cabel and their games, Cig “ fag” company’s getting that idiot Biden to shut down a vape product.
There idea of working a job is people working FOR the job like a slave, instead of working freely for themselves. Just fill in the slots and play with numbers.
Meanwhile printing press keeps running for the wrong reasons.

Short interest is very low in PM stocks I’ve checked so don’t see any short squeeze interest. We just have Powell and the sledge hammer going on and people averaging in others just holding.
Retail sales stink…inflation rages…..how long before Fed has to print….
The nightmare is getting close and way worse.
I’m guessing any PM buying right now is those slowly averaging in on every drop whether technicals are good or not and not sure what’s going on.
S&P trying to breach resistance so it can hit the next level or will be a fake out.
This would be a day trade before the weekend.
Oil stocks popping.
Semis have a small reverse head and shoulders going on was tempted to jump in and out today. I’m really trying not to get into day trading but gets really tempting right now.
Some PM stocks see some buying.
scum win.
Wednesday saw decent reversals, with strong rallies off the lows…those lows shud have held for quite some time…could even have been a base…..yet they were taken out ystdy….like they didn’t exist.
There was no great news either…so basically the scuim just took ’em apart, which with no limits on yr naked selling is easy….we have to lampost the scum….or this goes on and on.
Early look
USD and rates easing up a little. No help yet.
Bitcoin is up again so the little rally in the SM should be safe, plus European markets are higher for some reason
Retail sales come out in about 45 minutes; we’ll see what happens.

Good catch, they probably won’t stop there and totally unnecessary. Maybe they’ll get a percentage. People need to put their foot down. Buyer beware.
My youngest daughter has a BMW motorcycle and why I don’t know. She’s had trouble with the electrical and the breaks. She’s even had the breaks replaced and after a short time they start to go again. That resulted in a accident stopping herself on a curb causing her to go airborne but luckily landed okay needing some X-rays with a few days off work and had to order parts to repair the rim and a windshield coming from Germany. But still something going on with the breaks that even the mechanic can’t figure out.

That’s why you can’t put a wage on it like that. Like commodities “ as you know” getting slammed down now prices can change. You just can’t change wages like that. There’s also cost related to supply demand. Not to mention cost of a ever growing parasitic tax dependent government thinking of ways to interfere with fair trade. They even get rich servicing the poor by funneling a big cut of that money to themselves like Pelosi not just her but one of the biggest imposters as you can see by looking at her district.
ipso facto @ 9:56 – RE: BMW heater ‘subscription’
They are taking a cue from the hi tech industry. I have seen this before. Building a digital TV station I bought a digital processor card that advertised it does practically everything… multifunction!
Upon arrival, I found it did absolutely NOTHING until you purchased subscriptions for each individual function. The hardware was all there on the card…. but you had to pay to enable sections of it… damn near doubled the cost and was an ongoing expense. I sent it back, and purchased a single function unit from a different manufacturer.
It is laughable that they are trying this with an automobile. Imagine paying extra to use every ‘amenity’ in your car with a monthly bill? Dead on arrival.
