if you divide price of GOLD by the stock price ,,or the Dollar for that matter then overlay the chart in a RENKO form its easy to see over bought and oversold of anything….
Back in the sixties
I hired a lot of Cubans ,fresh from CUBA they are a fun loving people that were double crossed by Castro …After a few years we were very successful and the UNION tried to get in our place .I educated the Cubans that the electrical workers that were trying to get in were formerly a Communist Union ..and that was the end of them ….Never heard a peep from them again…
Make out of this what you can.
They didn’t do the dollar/ 20 yr treasury ratio I saw that warning to check it by someone else. Bonds may be ready to go then and everything with it.
But we still have the mad men and the printing press and maybe short term Fed response.
This is more verification
Another good one from Andy looking at the PPI and CPI vs stocks and more. Bullish signs for commodities.
Bidens plan will backfire
Those illegals are leaving communists country s like CUBA ,Venezuela mostly LATINO and they will not vote for communist like Biden ..Hispanic vote is the biggest vote .. They are being advised by US latinos like ex cubans ,ex venezuelas …They will educate the new arrivals even when Biden lies to them and trys to bribe them with free stuff..Why do you think Florida is so Republican ?
Those Cubans are not going to allow Bidens lies to go un answered.

That’s close, thanks. I noticed the bond shorts are doing a rounding top right now. I wonder if there will be a bear trap coming up too first. Things are so choppy right now.

I wonder what the cost is going to be to send them all back except maybe the non criminal Cubans if they can find and want work. There’s millions from what 120 country’s now?
Perhaps we can take money from the demo party with fines for their negligence to pay for it. I suppose there isn’t much chance of trading the demos for some of them.
goldielocks @ 23:56 on July 17, 2022 Renko charts are a good indicator for tops

another 10 % before it tops..
goldielocks @ 23:59
I’m not surprised. There’ll never be enough for Dementia Joe!

I heard something on the news besides the invasion at the southern border that there coming in boats too. That Florida picked up 10 thousand Cubans and Haitians.
Can anyone to a overlay or ratio chart of Uup/ Tlt It might be a way to see if the dollar is topping.
However with all the printing the lefties are doing for special interest. Destroy business and impair growth could be temporary.
Mr.Copper
Friends of mine who have visited Cuba always comment on how run down and dirty the place is. The buildings are falling apart.
I’ve never heard of people from the USA risking their lives in small boats to go there … although the opposite is often true.
Alex Valdor @ 18:02
If Chile does compensate the owners of the mines then I’d be very surprised if they did so at a fair price. The mines there are worth a boatload and I doubt they could really afford to pay a fair price.
Then there is the problem of management. How good are govs at managing mines? Would these jobs be political plums? Would the miners then get prohibitively high wages from the leftist government? How would the gov be able to get any more investments in other industries? How would they deal with the plethora of lawsuits relating to the seizures?
This idea sounds like a can of worms to me!
Alex
I wouldn’t be surprised. Another reason they should NOT take over mines either.
Goldie re: Venezuela
The communists replaced the key personnel in the oil industry with incompetent party hacks . As an example , there were fishing villages around Lake Maracaibo . The idiots maintaining the surrounding oil wells could not even adequately maintain the seals so the lake is now so polluted by crude oil that the fish were killed off , is what I’ve been told . The country that was once the richest in South America is now so destitute that the people now pour into neighboring Colombia , doing to Colombian wages what the illegals have done to American wages , and bringing crime , prostitution , and disease . Nothing new there ! Soros LOVES porous borders .
Alex
That doesn’t speak well of their fiduciary irresponsibility’s by robbing the people and it’s resources. Why don’t the buy it like everyone else. Especially since people who do that tend to have a greed factor. It didn’t do much for Venezuela or their oil but enrich a few in power at the expense of the whole country. Then they used it to expand their military to offset a rebellion while taking rights away.
IPSO re: Chile nationalizing metals miners , etc.
That tells me they are prepared to ‘compensate’ shareholder value at the bottom ( if that ) , and foresee a brighter future for the resources than for their CB currencies . The same in Canada could turn Turdeau into a hero instead of a lump of ‘merde’ if played right , but at the cost of Bay Street (Toronto’s Wall Street) support .

Buffet isn’t stupid and knows how to be patient and many times getting in at the lows. He probably knew this whole attack on energy thing was irresponsible and doomed to fail. If it wasn’t for this war in Ukraine they started and Russia pulling the plug on them and yeah the prices are up but it would probably be worse. They’d still be trying to shut down even more energy resources with a let them eat cake attitude as long as it didn’t affect their town and even manipulate the markets with green data on who’s producing the most emissions. Looks like Buffet has been accumulating coal and other energy resources for quite a few years.
Blaming Putin for energy crisis, they got it partially right, but in the futures market when he took their way out away from them. Now there going to the Saudis.

This may not be absolute but makes a point as far as whether it’s IQ or more likely sanctions. There’s no bad followers, just bad leaders.”
@ ipso facto re Cuba
I myself don’t think its as bad there as our fake news media tells us. Because one time I was researching about all the vintage American cars they have down there. Saw some videos. They looked like fun loving people, taking pride in their old cars. The streets and traffic looked clean and orderly; people well dressed etc. It didn’t look like Detroit.
And I saw little factory units with those people with amazing ingenuity fabricating metal parts and keeping those cars going. And no “check engine” lights LOL. Lets face it, there are poor people in every country. It may be a lack of brains or sanctions? Geez, if Trump regained our independence, the UN would put sanctions on the USA too.
The people that screwed Trump all those years, and rig election, also rig the news. So I don’t believe anything they say or imply. In fact I reverse everything they say. They will never praise Cuba or say anything good about the place because the won independence. And the bad guys don’t like pockets of independence.
Coal
Check out who bought all the coal mines after Biden destroyed their market. None other than Warren Buffet. Pennies on the dollar.
silverngold @ 22:57
Trudeau has lots of bad genes! Commie genes! ![]()
Mr.Copper @ 21:19
I guess they’re happy if they love poverty. Living standards very low there … although to be fair there were a lot of poor people there before the revolution. You don’t see any people fleeing the US to go there, only the reverse.
ipso facto @ 20:15 IMO it Worked out good for Fidel Castro FWIW!
Somewhere along there and then IMO he helped to create Canada’s current dictator Prime Minister. Not so good for Canada though! All IMO but WTHDIK?
@ ipso facto, Cuba? I Don’t Know.
I guess the people that stayed there are happy. They threw the outsiders of their sand box and been getting flack ever since. Not so much lately, kind of quiet. Vietnam, Afghanistan, same thing, “hey you, get out of our sand box.” I heard there is enormous natural resources wealth in those Afghan mountains. The worlders would LOVE to do some metals harvesting over there. Maybe some are?
Outsiders are like the Spaniards that harvested all the gold from the Inca or Astec Indians. I heard they brought so much Gold back home it caused inflation for a while.
The Arabs must be smart, didn’t they create the alphabet? I don’t think there are too many outsiders harvesting from the USA. But I think South Africa bought our Stillwater Mining PGMs mine. But then again they all harvest US consumer dollars, hard currency. Dollars go very far in other nations.
