With this nuclear thing it shouldn’t be used for mischief but last resort. Once someone starts using them, even smaller ones other countries will be sure to follow maybe even immediately in retaliation like N Kotea. Well so and so used it so can we thing will start. That mountains thousands of feet high. Anything below and who knows how far underground they are will be shielded by rock and thousands of feet of dirt and likely air filtration no matter what happens at the surface.
