You know pretty soon not here but elsewhere if you have problems your going to be talking to AI. I can see that’s gonna be a lot of people losing jobs. Then they’re going to have a lot of angry customers cuz most know what it’s like trying to talk to a computer already.
I just got off the phone with my insurance company which is big state to state wide. It said I might be talking to AI. They suddenly brought cost 20 a month more with safe driving record and low milage now retired. Should be going down not up. Calif and cost of living and taxing in Calif the reason they stated along with higher coverage more than minimum which is nothing in Calif. I probably wouldn’t of known the reason if I was talking to AI. Got it lower after having to call back and getting a super visor.
Imagine all these employees from insurance taking calls from these big insurance companies probably multi thousands state to state eventually getting laid off and replaced with AI. Amazon is also all in on AI too and has it spamming pages already. Even email AI got in there reading emails and wants to write back for you. The loss of jobs could be serious. People can try to fight back and demand to talk to a real person.
