I’ wasn’t sure what you meant by MK ultra plant so I looked it up and found what’s below:

“what is MK Ultra plant” likely refers to the infamous CIA program Project MK Ultra plant, which investigated the potential use of drugs and other techniques for mind control and interrogation during the Cold War.

Is that what you meant by UK Ultra plant?
