Again, this is one person’s opinion, but he was talking about the 10 year going back up to 13%….. perhaps this recent carnage we’ve experienced has to do with the bond vigilantes riding on their horses and telling everyone that the Fed “put” is kaput…….

Reminds me of an article I read from a Russian guy when they were going through their upheaval. He said that one of the things which were impossible to find were windshield wiper blades. People use to steal them off cars at night and if you were smart you took them off and brought them inside with you.

If I was in another country and had been hoarding dollars I’d start buying up anything tangible and barter-able.  In Russia think it was 96-8 or so rubles for one US dollar but cost  about 3000 rubles to put 10 gallons of gas in the car. For a oil rich country I wonder why it cost so much for gas?  Maybe it’s the war?  But home gas and electric even in a heat wave only cost them 30 dollars a month combined. Saw it on a video.
Its said when a country is in crisis the dollar runs home at first. When the tsunami hit in Japan the yen skyrocketed but look at it now although policy’s are behind it.
I talked to someone who knows Japan but only on a personal bases said they’re doing okay. They just don’t like the immigration but if other Asians from Korea that have different cultures or and now their president approval dropped to 30 percent so might be on his way out because he bent to the transgenders and allowed them to get into the woman’s bath houses separate from men. They are not too happy about that. So this plague is spreading to all more civilized country’s who think they can afford to be pressured or bribed without them finding dead trans people all over the place yet,  but will eventually be their political demise especially where they don’t have uncontrolled immigration and a culture.

That there’s no longer any “markets.”

My real concern is if the bottom falls out of the stock market, pm stocks could dive further into the deep abyss…….No rhyme or reason to it…

I realize that there used to be a lot of extenuating factors that went into the pricing of derivatives, but those days seem to be long gone….

There hasn’t been a time in the last 5 years when it’s been this low.

SLV is 25, we got there in April and a little lower than that in 2020 with Covid.

GLD should bounce right in here.

But as silverngold said, there are no free markets. How this all shakes out is anyone’s guess.

GDX is at 26, GDXJ is 27. Only a couple times in the last 5 years for each.

Remember that there are no markets anymore. There is only BlackRock and Aladdin, Vanguard, and StateStreet, and they control more than 50% of all ETF’s… and even the US Federal Reserve is using these Derivatives known as ETF’s, which are worthless empty bags of promises with zero assets, to prop up the worthless US Dollar.

All IMHO but better get these Gold and Silver PHYZ bargains while you can. IMO there are no fortunes to be made in these rigged market casino’s anymore…. except by the casino’s themselves FWIW!

The Dollar move is plain crazy…..and yet no-one is even talking about it….the only logcal reason could be panic about Ukraine/Taiwan….but that means PM’s shud be bid….This looks to be a pure scum play and a v crazy one.

In the meantime , dealing with a very difficult situation here in sunny Colombia . My wife’s Alzheimer’s dementia is becoming very noticeable , but at least I am here after 3-1/2 years of COVID bs keeping me out of the country . My 60 day visa expires in three weeks , but as soon as I can settle my affairs in FL , I can return , hopefully on a longer term spousal visa , as I have had in the past .

At midnight on the last New Year’s Eve , the global population stood at 8008 million human souls . That tells me that the small cadre of EVIL ones at the very pinnacle of power (10 000 of them? ) want 15 of every 16 dead . They must believe they will be safe in their underground bunkers from a nuclear war.

I know I read about it. They’d also get here to fast for warnings. Although we do have Sattelite’s do you think the current politicians are going to warn anyone? Even then if you survived all power would be out and what would be your food supply once storage ran out with everything contaminated and most livestock killed.
