I wonder if their waiting for survival reasons and current administration tendency to destroy businesses in favor of what ever bribe they get somewhere else. There’s a lot of work and money that go into businesses and it would only take one thing to screw it up, like they did the pipeline.
Hope the bulk of these jobs goes to the citizens in Midwest where it’s needed.
