Loading ...It has to be desperation, to get prices lower. The last time they used super high rates, this time the bozos are obviously using a high valued US Dollar. But every new fangled medicine they use has side effects. They are winging it. Day trading the global economy. Causing one problem after the next. And creating failing economy scape goats ahead of time, like Covid and now the war to take the blame.
