The Indian Bar Association (IBA) sued WHO Chief Scientist Dr. Soumya Swaminathan on May 25, accusing her in a 71-point brief of causing the deaths of Indian citizens by misleading them about Ivermectin. There is also an updated legal notice on June 13, 2021.

Point 56 states, “That your misleading tweet on May 10, 2021, against the use of Ivermectin had the effect of the State of Tamil Nadu withdrawing Ivermectin from the protocol on May 11, 2021, just a day after the Tamil Nadu government had indicated the same for the treatment of COVID-19 patients.”

If a trial in India finds WHO Chief Scientist Dr. Soumya Swaminathan guilty then the WHO Scientist could be sentenced to death or life in prison. Dr Soumya Swaminathan would have be charged with the threatened criminal prosecution and be found guilty on one of the those charges.

I used to hear Ment and how he took his mother-in-laws account from 35 HUI to 600 or wherever it went from him capturing the exact bottom.

Regardless I didn’t think 600 would be a two decade high, but apparently it was. I continue to be stunned that even with gold around $1800 we’re looking at the HUI at 250, just ridiculous.

You may be right about that because rising rates and increased liquidity concerns could bring the house of cards down by next year.

That said, many charts / ratios are signaling this is a major bottom in pms and that you will be paying higher prices in a few months from now.

Don’t forget it’s banker bonus time coming up and those greedy bastards will not allow stocks to fall through Christmas into seasonal strength early next year.

A lot can happen between now and then in good stocks.

I am taking it easy, a few flips here and there but for the most part, other than my retirement, I’m in 90% cash just looking for peanuts.

I don’t see a big, longer term rally at the moment. For now I’m happy to pick up scraps.

That means rates must rise in order to prevent the $ from collapsing.

So take it easy…that is extremely bullish (big inflation / price rises behind that set-up).

Let’s get past tomorrow (the week) and then assess.
