Twitter reportedly said its suspension of the account of libertarian market news website Zero Hedge more than four months ago was a mistake, as it reversed the decision. The account was frozen for doxing a Chinese scientist.
“We made an error in our enforcement action in this case,” a spokesman for Twitter told Bloomberg in an email. “Based on additional context from the account holder in appeal, we have reinstated the account. We have a dedicated appeals process for all account holders.”

Zero Hedge returned to Twitter with a sarcastic “What did we miss”. Its previous posts on the platform were dated February 1.

Zijin Mining to Acquire Guyana Goldfields Inc. in an All-Cash Offer for $323 million

TORONTO and FUJIAN, China , June 12, 2020 /CNW/ – Zijin Mining Group Co., Ltd (601899.SS) (2899.HK) (“Zijin”) and Guyana Goldfields Inc. (GUY.TO) (“Guyana Goldfields”) are pleased to announce that they have entered into a binding arrangement agreement (the “Zijin Arrangement Agreement”), pursuant to which Zijin will acquire all of the outstanding common shares of Guyana Goldfields (each, a “Guyana Common Share”) by way of a plan of arrangement (the “Zijin Arrangement”), for cash consideration of C$1.85 for each Guyana Common Share, valuing Guyana Goldfields at approximately C$323 million .

Prior to entering into the Zijin Arrangement Agreement, Guyana Goldfields terminated its arrangement agreement with Silvercorp Metals Inc. (“Silvercorp”) dated April 26, 2020 , as amended on May 16, 2020 (the “Silvercorp Arrangement Agreement”), in accordance with its terms.

As noted in its press release on June 3, 2020 , Guyana Goldfields received a binding proposal from Zijin to acquire all of the issued and outstanding Guyana Common Shares and notified Silvercorp that this offer constituted a “Superior Proposal” in accordance with the terms of the Silvercorp Arrangement Agreement. Silvercorp elected not to exercise its right to match and, as a result, Guyana Goldfields terminated the Silvercorp Arrangement Agreement in accordance with its terms and entered into the Zijin Arrangement Agreement. Based on the closing price of the Silvercorp common shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange as of June 3, 2020, the Zijin Arrangement represents a premium of approximately 35% to the implied value of the consideration offered pursuant to the Silvercorp Arrangement Agreement.

When you got groups of people turning city’s into hell holes where they destroy everything that was built, even schools them you complain about their neighborhoods, their torn up schools and no money no one every asks they why that happened.
The blacks taking cues from Demos seem to be working against everything the blacks valued. They wanted to learn to read and the three Rs not fight the teachers, they wanted to own property and businesses nor destroy it. In fact after the civil war they started to do just that with a little help. They even pushed for free schooling for everyone.
I guess when welfare and housing projects came along things changed to entitlement. White kids too from both schools propaganda and parents handing them too much without working for it. Like the cartoon characters and guns they know they can’t get to us to give up our second amendment so they’ll work through the kids to believe they don’t need them and only associate gun by the thugs and the crazy’s. Perhaps history is another strategy and then rewrite it.

The stock market take down is a method of masking the inflation and creating mini recessions BECAUSE the FED cant raise interest rates  …..Its all they have left to sterilize the money printing binge they are on.. Get used to it, its all they have ..The alternative is to raise rates and thereby create a national Bankruptcy condition and huge unemployment and food riots.A series of continuing mini recessions and Market crashes is all they got to keep the money printing from becoming hyper inflation ….When and if they lose control ..GOLD will sky rocket in a flash .Along with inflation and interest rate rise comes the destruction of the BOND MARKET and thats ten times bigger than the stock market ..Where will the trillions of zero interest Bonds sales GO !    ITS gonna be GOLD and thats a very tiny place for trillions to go to .It also may go to Real Estate,oil  or other HARD ASSETs, commodities ,however FOOD prices will need to be pushed down to prevent RIOTS  .. They may even ration food like they did during WW2  ..Money wasent enough ,you had to have food stamps to buy certain foods.like Coffee,SUGAR,gasoline Thats how they will keep the rich from cornering certain foods …I remember it well…!
