Loading ...Many yrs back, a minor metals trader told me that the worst people he ever dealt with the Chinese, especially the government traders, they though nothing of reneging on deals if the price went against them.
They sold a lot of Mercury and if the price went up a lot, in the weeks after the deal, they would not bother to ship it and sell it to someone else !!!!!
