Loading ...Often when going from bad to good it hurts first. Like breaking a bad habit. Or like the past 40 year decline of the US economy’s bad habits. Basically I think it’s a transition from importing to domestic use. There will.be some pain. No pain no gain. I read years ago rare earth elements are not really rare. I agree they are very important for various things.
