Presently Jupiter is in retrograde motion in the sign Sagittarius, the sign of religion.  The retrograde motion is an indication of something going on behind the scenes.  As Jupiter co-rules France’s 9th house that in addition to religion and churches governs immigrants, I’d take an educated guess that the fire was deliberately started by immigrants of an authoritarian mind-set, as Saturn also co-rules their 9th house.
