just got back from TEXAS Christmas stay at Daughter & Son-Law House in Lake Conroe TEXAS ….It looks like I jumped out of the Fridge and into the FREEZER..It was cold in TEXAS mostly for 3 weeks ,mostly dreary but today I left, It warmed up to 60 ..wouldent ya know it ..soon as I leave it warms up …..
Its currently 15 in Richmond going down to 9 tonight ..thats cold even for Richmond..Where all that Dammed Global WORMING ….? Im just happy the HEAT was on when I got BACK …..My son in Richmond kept an eye on that …Good to be back as I was mostly sick with some head cold ..maybe a good freeze will kill those germs’It was good to see Daughter ,Son in Law and Great Grand kinds who lived nearby in Houston proper.
My Grandson left his Baseball playing career after playing for Cincinnati,Atlanta Braves and lastly Baltimore Orioles ….,well almost left baseball ..He accepted a job COACHING from RICE UNIVERSITY ..it pays well and he can live at home with the family and young kids end the endless traveling mostly and keeping up two homes for 10 years.
WE are all thankfull for what baseball did for him since he was recruited from Rice University 10 years ago .Its amazing what baseball did for the two young boys ..They know everything ,all the plays ,the players personally .. ,all the rules and the debates go on endlessly Two of the boys Godfathers are still professional players ..what a experience for them…A big thanks to Pro Baseball !
Remember all those no document liar loans? Lots of hanky panky was going on. With a wink and a nod. If the realtor and or bank needed a “certain” appraisal to “make it happen”, many of those appraisals were fictitious. And not by accident.
The Gov’t or banks, and the whole system, same thing, wanted to keep the economy rolling. They even looked the other with Bernie Madoff, rather than upset the apple cart. They all knew those gains he provided were b/s.
I have reasons to believe the same things are going on in the Medical “industry”? To keep that part of the economy going and all the spin-off related jobs. How do we know if the person or lab reading the slides, or scans etc, are not “programmed” to provide “certain” results. Or appraisals.
Everybody already KNOWS they over prescribe and over use every drug. They also over time made normal numbers into abnormal numbers. Like years ago 240 cholesterol was normal then they made it 200 as normal to make more people take pills.
I hear they are starting to change the normal blood pressure numbers, to get more people on blood pressure meds. One home care nurse I spoke to, brought to my attention, the Doctors are constantly prescribing more and more tests. One of her patients told her…”I don’t want that test, I already did one recently.”
Remember, it’s not just pills. They over prescribe various operations that are not really needed either. They also go by what you say to the Dr. The minute you say “this”? he can prescribe “that”.
I have made plenty of observations of the medical “theft” of the system that goes on. Both my mother and father had five bad years each before they passed on. I went on a lot Dr. Appointments, and hospital visits, and picked many brains of the employees.
Even myself, one of several enlightening experiences. A small strange looking bug got in my shirt, bit my back while on a ride on mower. I had 8 nasty welts the size of a nickel.
I had insurance so I went to the dermatologist, with the bug wrapped in a tissue. The Dr. says…..”You have shingles” he even opened a book with photos to show me what I had. He was ready to give me an injection, and various appointments. He didn’t even look at the bug.
I said….”Look, doctor, I know you know your shit, but it can’t be a coincidence that I got bit by a bug and got shingles at the same time.” I don’t even like to take aspirins. If you are right, how long can I put off your treatments”?
Then he says….”Are you refusing treatment?” Yes I tell him. He says well, you can put it off a week, but this is serious, you’re going to have trouble. Three days later his secretary called me to see how I was doing. The welts were gone I was fine already.
When I was a kid my father told me Doctors burry their mistakes. I learned when money is involved watch out, you have to be cautious.

The claim is Sessions is just following the law. The law has put him in that position despite biases he may have. That generation thought ill of it for many reasons as it was attached to anti military thanks to San Fran, Berkeley et all and believed it was mind altering like LSD which it’s untrue less laced with something else and more powerful than it really was. Because of biases and possible ignorance they put it as a schedule 1 drug up there with physiology addictive drugs which is also untrue.
As long as it stays a schedule 1 drug it will be illegal on the Fed level. Let’s see congress that wants it legal ” both party’s” have the assertiveness to change the schedule.
Thanks for the message. I was wondering about the cataract surgery when he was so sick. He has to hold still for that and that’s a chore when your having trouble breathing, especially laying down would have a real problem less they could put him upright. What a trooper. God bless his heart. Losing your spouse esp. after so many years, is one of the hardest things to go through. She stood with him for better and worse as COPD can be a hard way to go. I wish the best for her.
