We could go back and forth about wages. High rents, regulation and taxes is a big part of it and wages can’t compete with the corrupt doing it so people can’t afford it we both can agree.Them what does gov do, give themselves raises they stole from you because the owner can no longer afford it. Unions demand higher prices for their products or work and have influence on gov mandating places use them instead. Health care for life is not guarantee though. After the crash of 08 many companies went bottom up and so did their health care. GM was one of them where all those in management who was Republican under Obama regime lost their health care benefits where the employe group of the union was democrat and didn’t. I do know that some companies will try to cheat their workers to expand at their expense and perhaps affirmative including hiring foreigners over citizens action is part of the scheme to keep these wages down in some cases. Then comes the that’s not enough for them, they don’t deserve it but it’s not about them anyways. They just think it is, it’s about the companies and satisfying their quotas and getting their bonuses or making the stock board of strangers at the expense of everyone else. Make them part of the process and part owners themselves and see what happens but they won’t do that. Some people won’t do that because basically they’d be working on commition and more they work or produce the more they get paid. That’s motivation. They just want a pay check. So what motivation does someone get of the more they work to compensate for those who don’t when someone else gets the benefit and they know their being used by slave drivers who couldn’t do what they do anyways.

Thanks commish for introducing me to Lionel Nation.  I don’t know how I missed running across him over the years.  I spent a lot of time last night listening to his videos.  We think alike and I like the way he presents his message.  I laughed alot.

My friend had 60 employees. At $7/hr. If he had to pay $15? At his retirement? Instead of 15 homes he owns, he would only have 7-8 homes he rents out.
