Have you ever wondered why folks in California appear so confused?
Consider this:

Chief Heather Fong (left), is the first SFPD female, lesbian chief of police.

Theresa Sparks (center),  a former male, is president of the San Francisco Police Commission, CEO of a multi-million dollar sex toy retailer, and a transgender woman.
Sgt. Stephan Thorne (right), a former female, is the first transgender male SFPD police officer.
Their Representative in Congress is Nancy Pelosi.

I agree, coffee more important than a forest. 🙂 Besides that, it will grow back after humanity is extinct, like our hair after a hair cut.

More games with people messing in politics.

Posted by goldielocks @ 12:11 on February 12, 2017

Kelly Conway sticking up for Ivanka. Anyone with half a brain can see it was just her personal opinion about the political attack on her from stores that were heavy supporters of Hillary to open borders and get cheaper labor.
Now they’re trying to accuse her of trying to commercialize her products. They’re using the excuse of sales while all these stores all at once did it. You know there had to be collusion. Sales were up previously.
What’s that going to accomplish anyways.
Now a buzz that Kmart , Sears removing Trumps products.
Like mentioned with Ivanka they are provoking. Then will wait for them to say something. The people should say something. These stores in enough trouble.
First whining about foreign competition and on line shopping then they do something like this. They’re their own worst enemy.
Wonder if foreign managers from Mid East our south America have infiltrated?
I hope Trump shuts down all need for oil from Mid East plus more.
If they wanna play games let the games begin. Sell under bid to countries that they supply. Maybe new store opening too in pro Trump cities to start and out compete  so they don’t have to buy from these anarchist.
In meantime Russia should also out compete with pricing to Europe
I heard that Arabs need oil to be at about60-70 a barrel to be profitable.

So What’s The Problem ? Let The Clearing Begin :)

Equisetum, to answer your Trudeau inquiry, maybe we could save the Jane Fonda jet fuel and just Have this dude negotiate for us. Like it would make a difference…

Good reasoning.

silverngold,

antarctica isn’t on the united nations flag because –

a) it isn’t a nation (no permanent residents)

and,

b) that’s a north polar projection and it would be a real bitch to show the south pole.

Just erased fake news.

Good Question: Why has Antarctica been excluded on the united nations flag ??

Sunday evening is the deadline to get briefing notes to

Posted by Equisetum @ 13:55 on February 11, 2017

Canada’s prime minister for his meeting the next morning with president Trump.  Linked below is  Tristin Hopper’s first draft of the briefing.

Just to make sure there is “regional representation” from across Canada, maybe the Okanagan guys (Macroman, Silverngold) could ensure that British Columbia’s interests are represented in these briefing notes, Auandag could maybe do the same for the prairie provinces, and Winedoc for the maritime provinces.  Mr. Hopper could contact Rex Murphy directly to get his first-hand  input for Newfoundland/Labrador interests.  I assume that  Quebec/Ontario interests are already well covered by Mr. Trudeau himself.

How about Nunavut/Northwest Territories/Yukon vantage points?  Maybe Auandag could  include their geography as well,  as part of a bigger “western sedimentary basin” region in Canada.  On second thought, maybe its better to  leave out Yukon/NWT/Nunavut from Monday’s  briefing perspective; those jurisdictions are geographically too close to Russia to handle on Monday – better to leave them on the back burner until the Trump-Putin relationship is better known.

So unless there are  crucial amendments  or additions to these briefing notes over the weekend from the different regions of Canada, I guess Canada  might have to wing it with Hopper’s first draft below.  Have a good Monday, all.  Cheers, Equiz.

Washington: Hotbed of Resistance. Comment: Go Trump, don’t back down!!

Posted by silverngold @ 13:50 on February 11, 2017

Following the election of Donald Trump to the White House, there has been a growing level of resistance toward him and his Executive Orders. The most recent dealt with a travel ban on citizens of certain countries.

Now it seems the state of Washington has become the hotbed of resistance. It is one of the states with both Democratic Governor and legislature. It definitely is a left-leaning state.

President Trump has threatened to defund California for its behavior post-election, and Washington has begun preparing for the same thing. It may be setting itself up to become a “sanctuary state.”

Is this a product of our system of freedoms? Possibly. It also seems to be treading very close to the edge of anarchy. Could it set the stage for other states to follow? Again, possibly.

But consider this: Is this what our enemies around the world want? Probably.

A frightening thought.

“Fast & Furious”, you say?  Now I know what I need.  The locals use a rifle-length propane torch blaster with a ‘holder’ at one end ( 🙂 )  to torch weeds and perform ‘edging’.   I think a ‘scorched earth’ policy is in store for the jungle.

Damn… I sleep ’till noon and Farmboy still has more work for me to do.  Will those ‘boxcar willie’ tomatos let out a train whistle like their namesake when they are ripe??

I call JNUG my ‘Force Multiplier’ , when my PM stocks go up, they get a healthy boost with JNUG. On the other side I call JDST my ‘Force Divider’, when PM stocks go down, JDST counteracts the effect on my trading account. I have done well adding these tools to the trading kit, but got caught yesterday. But like you said, it could have been worse. Yet, there is something about ‘not getting it right’ that still bothers me. lol

Tell you what, Silver was impressive yesterday. Sure looks like it has it’s mind made up on closing some of that Gold/Silver ratio that has been out of whack for so long. Cant hardly wait to see what happens next week. So far, the Feb Seasonal chart is looking good. I’d like to think we have the banksters on the run for a change.

Good Morning Maya, Coffee and a Plan?

Posted by Farmboy @ 9:15 on February 11, 2017

Set you up a grill out near the weed patch, so a cup of instant energy and motivation is near by.

garden-coffee

Then get to pulling up those unwanted green weeds with the gusto of an anti-Trump protestor. Fast and furious with as much screaming, crying, wailing and gnashing of teeth as you like. You can even make a video of your pain and travail to post on the Snowflake Channel.

Once you have removed enough of them to your satisfaction, and calmed down a bit,  then plant you some Box Car Willie Tomatoes. With the rich soil and all the rain you get, you should not have to tend to them much at all. Just every morning drink your cup of coffee and pick your harvest. So easy even a retired one can do it. 🙂 These are of the Heirloom variety, so no funny GMO stuff, just plain good old fashioned eating.

but you did OK with your JNUG so the pain shouldn’t be too bad.

There is always a chance with downside in the pm complex so you still might be OK.

Enjoy your weekend, watching “The Accountant” right now. So far, so good. 🙂

Posted by Equisetum @ 18:59 on February 10, 2017

Mines & Money Conference in London, which he titled “Nobody Cares” was the first Grant YouTube that really caught my attention.  So I appreciate you drawing to our attention a follow-up presentation by Grant, which you posted here at 21:09 yesterday.

Normally I feel it is redundant to re-post here analyses that are readily available elsewhere on websites that Oasis dwellers are probably browsing regularly, but I am linking below one potentially redundant  item  because it complements so nicely the Grant message that you posted yesterday.  The link below by Steve St. Angelo, looking at the relation between the S & P 500 index and silver,  is appropriately titled “The great precious metals market disconnect: A ticking time bomb”.   When this St. Angelo review is digested together with what you posted from Grant yesterday the two analyses give us a very powerful overview of where we are now in relation to silver, gold and the precious metals mining stocks.  For me it all adds up to a pleasant and optimistic way to begin 2017.  Thanks for your Grant posting yesterday.
