“an upward bias and an underlying bid for pm’s.”
Looks like that to me too! Today a good example.

Just cashed out my JNUG, and now if the banksters will oblige me and be kind enough to pull the bop lever I can sell my JDST shortly and take the rest of the day off. Getting to like these banksters more and more. 🙂
Agree, the dopey dollar looks a little toppy here. Lets see how it plays out.
How’s the sunburn anyways ? lol
You’ve been commenting for the last week or so that the action in the shares have been very weak lately, even on up days and it has. While we continue to see the stairs up, what we haven’t really seen is the elevator down, especially on days when the USD is very strong.
Maybe I’m just hopeful, but it seems to me that the USD is losing steam and despite the rather weak upside action there is an upward bias and an underlying bid for pm’s.
We survived the opening onslaught. No doubt there will be another one shortly, likely followed by drip selling throughout the day, but at least there’s no waterfall down….yet….
Silver looks really good.
In a major reversal to his stated foreign policy framework with China, in his first phone call held with China’s president Xi Jinping held on Thursday night, President Donald Trump agreed to honor the “one China” policy, easing a key source of diplomatic tension between the world’s two largest economies. The phone call came just one day after Trump sent Xi a letter stating he seeks a “constructive relationship” with China, took place hours after a US Appeals Court ruled against the Trump Administration’s executive order on immigration, and came ahead of Trump’s first official meeting with Japan’s PM Shinzo Abe.
same old song is back……but when does the world wake up to the fact the strong dollar is killing exports…?????????
eg. it is killing farm exports and farmers lively hoods.
Something has to give.

“The Zio warmonger moneychangers he has surrounded himself in Cabinet are playing him as the patsy/stooge.”
Sadly, I think that is right. If the neocon libtards can’t rule by edict or facism they will rule by crooked courts.
I’m afraid we’re going to see a lot more of this interference over the next 4 years.
Looks like we’re going to battle a stronger USD again today.
Placed a couple bets late yesterday afternoon after watching the markets. Took out a straddle of sorts with both JNUG and JDST. Figure being Friday and all, the PM’s will move one direction or the other. Maybe both? With a little Redneck luck maybe I can pick up a few chips from both sides of the trade?? Speaking of Redneck, been awhile since we heard from our friend Redneckokie. Wondering if the Game Warden had a little talk with him about his use of fishing bait? Wonder how much bail money we need to send?
And gave me the job of watering as many of them as I can, or time allows. 🙂
Ok, NOW I’m ready to take on the bankster tricks.
Long Gold… the train, that is. Rolling across the plains, riding the storm out.
