Rambus I don’t see his charts much but I can imagine the pressure of having so many following you can affect your own trading after awhile. If you go by the charts some signals can reverse or fail and have to get in or out fast if position trading then have to stop tell others less you give targets or stops ahead of time or support and resistance targets. Sometimes followers can mess up charts. Say you day get in at this point and followers decide to do it early and same for stops of enough of them are flowing. I experienced that myself not just watching the charts but the sec  filings and found out a day trade had a reverse split coming up while at the same time giving main street good news to pile as many suckers in as they could a shell company using the money to buy real wastage in Nevada which is sheltered from confiscation if they delisted. That stock fell like a brink minutes after I told them. I wasn’t getting paid but didn’t sell first before telling them and had to move fast to get out by putting my ask lower than bid to catch the fall. Thought sheesh. I could of stayed quiet just watching it go up and sell for a day trade but at least should of sold first. It can get crazy.

Good news for dogs I mentioned

Obama is already starting a war, a race and religion war. There were christians and Muslins living in Mid East in peace for centuries neither making war on was on the  other as well as different sects of the Muslin religion. Now like us their getting false flags, ISIS which is rumored to be funded but outsiders to start up trouble. Leaders wheeling and dealing setting up propaganda and false flag events to destabilize and over throw governments. Now have everyone finger pointing even though they know the christians who lived there for years respected their nation and did not make war with them. The muslims let them love their in peace not the propaganda and being attacked for nothing as they were never making war on them. Know the enemy and the enemy is from within or around them pointing fingers at others to cause war on themselves as a result.O is pulling the same here.

WANKA, anyone?

Posted by aufever @ 11:12 on May 13, 2015

WANKA, thank you for the link about the history of the US corporation that you posted Monday.

Do you, or does anyone reading this have any experience, or links to any websites with more information, in fighting a traffic ticket in a formal hearing, in Florida?  Using straw man and/or “I am not the corporate person” and/or “I am a beneficiary of the Trust” or any such arguments?

Or, does anyone know a search engine(s) that will find this type of information?

Well it seems gold is up to the area where it’s been capped previously so I wouldn’t be too surprised if it got capped here. Perhaps some non share buyers-shorters are figuring on this?

Still, it’s nice to see …

No idea why gold is up other than more weak eco data, a weaker dollar and 10 yr rates down.

Still, the shares should be exploding and let us not forget the commercials added a hefty amount of longs last week that can be dumped at any time…just sayin’ ….

Deep-water Macondo field, scene of BP’s catastrophic blowout, set to be drilled into again

(AP:NEW ORLEANS) NEW ORLEANS (AP) — Deep-water drilling is set to resume near the site of the catastrophic BP PLC well blowout that killed 11 workers and caused the nation’s largest offshore oil spill five years ago off the coast of Louisiana.

A Louisiana-based oil company, LLOG Exploration Offshore LLC, plans to drill into the Macondo reservoir, according to federal records reviewed by The Associated Press.

Harper’s Magazine first reported the drilling plans late Tuesday.

LLOG’s permit to drill a new well near BP’s site was approved April 13 by the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement, an agency overseeing offshore oil and gas drilling operations. The company’s exploration plan was approved last October following an environmental review by a sister agency, the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management.

The company, a privately owned firm based in Covington, Louisiana, will be looking to extract oil and gas deep under the Gulf of Mexico’s seafloor, an undertaking that proved catastrophic for BP.

“Our commitment is to not allow such an event to occur again,” said Rick Fowler, the vice president for deep-water projects at LLOG. “LLOG staff keeps the memory of what happened … fresh in our minds throughout our operations, both planning and execution.”

Europe Preparing Greek Bankruptcy Loan “In Event Of Grexit”

Tyler Durden’s pictureSubmitted by Tyler Durden on 05/13/2015 01:00 -0400

Earlier today, we learned that, contrary to what Greek government officials had been implying for the better part of a week, Athens did not have enough money to make a €750 million payment to the IMF on Tuesday. Instead, Greece borrowed most of the money (€650 million according to unnamed officials) from its IMF SDR reserves. This money must be paid back within 30 days. This effectively means that the IMF paid itself and it sets up a hilariously absurd scenario wherein assuming Greece manages to convince creditors to disburse a €7.2 billion tranche of aid later this month, the IMF will send money to Greece, who will send it right back to the IMF to replenish an IMF fund, which was drawn down by the IMF to pay itself back for money it loaned to Greece a long time ago. Put simply: Greece has taken circular funding schemes to a whole new level.

Meanwhile, the IMF is understandably fed up and according to El Mundo, the Fund will not participate in a new program for the Greeks, something which German FinMin Wolfgang Schaeuble indicated may be a dealbreaker when it comes to structuring another bailout for Athens.

The takeaway: it’s likely over. Greece lacks the cash to keep up the facade and the IMF lacks the political will to perpetuate the farce any further. This suggests that both Greece and the creditors formerly known as the “Troika” will need to resort to Plan B. There’s a problem with that however — namely that EU officials have gone out of their way to make it clear that there is no Plan B, because to admit that such a plan existed would be to admit that the euro is in fact dissoluble after all, something which is taboo in polite discussions among European politicians. Here is but one example, via Reuters:

A top EU official urged Athens and its creditors to make progress in their talks on a cash-for-reform deal on Monday, warning there was no “Plan B” in the event of a Greek default.

“What we now need is real progress,” Frans Timmermans, first vice president of the European Commission, told German newspaper Welt am Sonntag.

When asked whether there was a “Plan B” for the case of Athens defaulting, Timmermans replied: “No, there is no ‘Plan B’ for Greece.”

Commish…the Harriet Tubman 20 dollar bill

Posted by eeos @ 9:24 on May 13, 2015

I guarantee this will be the most defaced pieces of currency that has ever existed, and they’ll have to pull it from circulation in less than 5 years. I can see it already people make ink stamped messages and write all kinds of notes on that one.  it’s a losing proposition most certainly

From Otto Rock … friggin thieves IMO

My favourite bit of all the Allied Nevada (ex-ANV) (ANVGQ) filings today

This bit in the MIC, filed today, which discussed remuneration for the Named Executive Officers (NEOs):

In May 2015, an increase in the base salary (for inflation) was granted to certain NEOs. Mr. Wodzicki’s base salary was increased from $336,600 to $354,000, by approximately 5.1%, Mr. Carmichael’s base salary was increased from $234,600 to 242,000, by approximately 3.1%, and Mr. Beck’s base salary was increased from $180,000 to $186,000, by approximately 3.1%

To be clear:

•Wojtek Wodzicki is the President and CEO
•Robert Carmichael is the VP Exploration
•James Beck is the Director of Corporate Development
•And Allied Nevada is the company that filed for bankruptcy in March 2015

With that, Allied Nevada wins the 2015 Chutzpah of the Year Award. Breathtaking.

Anonymously from the Operation Jade Helm And Beyond inbox:
In Vallisca, Iowa the military has set up a base near an old chicken farm. People have said that the personnel in the base are armed to the teeth. I have heard helicopters fly over my home in Glenwood IA at midnight. They were spotted and there were several of them.
Also we go to kansas city 3x a month and almost every trip we spot military convoys north-bound on i-29. Thank u for keeping the public informed of these treasonous acts against American citizens!

heres more
I was at a car wash in Livingston, Tx when a loud pop was heard. I personally did not know what direction, but others said it came from the closed down WalMart. All electricity in the area went out for several hours. No one knows why.

I am in Cranbrook British columbia and there have been semi’s carrying tanks and military vehicles.. So not the norm here also a very small town

Anonymously from the Operation Jade Helm And Beyond inbox:
I live in a small town in Utah, called Vernal. We’ve recently seen convoys, cargo planes, and helicopter formations which is COMPLETELY out of the norm here.. As I imagine it is in most places. We only have one Walmart here, but there hasn’t been anything out of the ordinary noticed with them quite yet. I came across an article with a video attached showing a map of the U.S. and a system of underground tunnels, coincidently with main entrances at each Walmart locations that have closed in Texas, with another showing in our exact area as well.
