The Australian constitution is worthless, trampled on by the courts and govt as it suits them. Britain doesn’t have a constitution. You can love your piece of paper all you like, but it really isn’t helping the country to be in a happy place, is it? Everyone ignores it when they like, hiding behind their party’s power. Want to declare war on Iran? Can’t do it without the constitutional authority of Congress, so let’s just not call it a war and bomb the hell out of them anyway. And so on.

I know what it means confused me too. A Japanese friend told me they are demanding special diets in school and not assimilating. Only that but they don’t believe in cremation. Japan is a small country that cannot accommodate large pieces of land for burial.

Nor does the right of worship allow them to use it to fight with other countries and their religion or include it in laws, discriminate on the core religions of some countries or break laws like pray on side walks or in streets obstructing traffic or annoy others. Pretty sure that the “religious freedom” section of the First Amendment was intended to allow for different forms of Christianity rather than unknown (to the founding fathers) or just plain weird (and therefore considered superstitions rather than religion) beliefs.
