You’re right. She didn’t go into the causes much. I think she was just pointing out how much ordinary Americans could benefit from the money that’s being used overseas, not to mention the lives lost.

She forgot to mention the percentage of Americans driving imported cars, probably 75%. And all the made in China TV sets and all the other stuff we used to make ourselves, and kept our money home. Everybody was happy in the 50s and 60s. Wives didn’t even have to work. Why didn’t she mention all the reasons why everything got so bad? Even a cave man knows it, why we are a poor nation now.

Trumo is not ‘only’ trying to free Iranians from the horror they have had to live under for 47 years. By the way, the people of Iran are not bad people. They are celebrating around the U.S. and the world.

Their government funds, arms, and trains Hezbollah, Hamas, Houtis, and Taliban –four different countries.
Trump wants to eliminate the Iranian threat throughout the region, so he can start bringing home some of the 50,000 US troops stationed there, and start closing some of our many military bases in the region.
It’s not just about Iran. A more peaceful Middle East is in our best interest.

By the way, I am not blindly pro-Israel like so many are. But again, the Israeli people are not the problem.

We must differ …..on Iran…..and i bow to yr greater knowledge of the Neocons…..who I agree are a super menace.

But when I see how happy the Iranians are, now they have some hope…..this war may turn out different and for the better for all. i also know quite a few Iranians and they are all v nice people, who deserve far better.

In the old days we’d get the talking heads that would come out and tell us that they were selling their pm’s and shares because they needed to raise liquidity. I’d say this is nothing more than a normal raid on war news intended to keep everyone away from gold as a safe haven.

We haven’t fought a war for honorable reasons since WWII.

Why is it our responsibility to take care of “non-human” Iran any more than any other country with “non-human” practices like those countries in Africa that murder Christians for example. Honestly, I’d rather see us arm you native Brits and do regime change in the UK, than mess with this. That is more important to the US than Iran.

Are you familiar with the Project for the New American Century and the PNAC documents written by neocons like Paul Wolfowitz? It was written in the 90’s, that is the plan the US Gov’t. has carried out in the M.E. since 9/11. Iran is the last country who’s government we’ve sought to destabilize because Israel believes a destabilized M.E. makes them stronger, and their goal is to be the dominant power in the region.

That is the only thing this is about. Our gov’t. could care less whether they chop off the heads of children. We are not doing this on God’s behalf, if we were, we’d be in a lot of other places protecting His people.

Sorry brother, but we voted here for America first, ending wars, prosecuting the swamp, and taking care of Americans.

I would never say that the Iranian regime is not reprehensible. Iran and the world will be better places with them gone, no doubt of that. I just ask if it’s our place, our responsibility to do it. There’s lots of unknowns in the equation.

I don’t think it’s a crazy idea to think that Trump may have been compromised somehow by the Israelis.
