I feel the same for the fewer and fewer good people of NYC. I think, although could be wrong, the fastest way for NY to take notice of the boycott is a continual refusal of alcohol to the city. New Yorkers appear to me also well as medica and politics seem to be predominantly ‘indoor people” that enjoy night life too and with it alcohol and drinking partners who probably sit around boasting how they screwed someone over like Trump or the citizens. Perhaps it puts them in their own little world too. Not the same as for pain, PTSD or occasional drinks. Then you got the beer drinkers for the games. You want to get attention take their drinks away and blame the lefties and that Looney POS judge. Not meaning stopping the other trucks but the beer wine and alcohol should be first priority to give them the middle finger.

I wondered why the news is up to propaganda again. Talking about that political prisoner in Russia who died. Not saying it was a good thing, but compare that to what they’re doing to Trump. Then comes all panicky news Russia’s ability to shoot down satellites from space armed with nukes which I’m sure we do too even though there is no indication they’re doing it now or going to do anything like that in the near future. What they might not realize
Is getting rid of banks and cash and using their phone to buy and sell isn’t the same as having a account for any trouble or the ability to hold cash for power outs, hackers, cyber attacks, or war. That they would be crazy to have one all or nothing place especially in governments hands.
Also being crypto buyers or of stocks now is they need to get the picture in their heads especially the demos BS but both party’s just Demos being worse including Rinos that if they found out that what ever the debt rate Congress causes divided amongst the people say round to 100000 now, that’s how much they’ll need to earn in order to make it. And that would be the minimum especially with open borders trying to dilute the numbers when their on the dole and making nothing or driving wages down. Maybe then there would be some real accountability going on and get a clearer picture as it continues to rise of that they’re leaving the kids.

I’m slowly figuring some things out. The miners are similar to gold miners so easy to remember. Their stocks will go up when the price of Bitcoin goes up. Likely start selling off some if it stalls and drop if it drops.
The ones who will survive better also similar to miners are the ones who can keep their costs down but with electric.
Halfing is coming up in April meaning they’ll it get paid in Bitcoin half of what they got up till now. So besides energy Bitcoin will have to be moving up for a pretty know for sure, I’m pretty sure. ?
With AI stocks those that are getting contracts with bigger AI company’s should have much long term potential. That includes medicine now and likely the medicine field is in general is all probably safer long term bet.
Just like anything you have to watch the sector that leads it. Then also the ones who will try to use it for no good.
Bitcoin also know gold is their hedge outside the Gov.where they will have to make sure they don’t try to take control of it by trying to control the buying and selling like they’re doing with gold. They are younger and wiser in the game born with a computer in their hands and more actively involved with that.

Mr Campbell is a very optimistic person. I’ll pass on his audio I assume, kinda busy but I get a kick out of his blue sky’s at night. Now if he ever gets non optimistic then you worry but probably too late.
Housing where I’m at is rather locked up. The party or race to get in a low interest rates is over. Prices are dropping a bit.
I started noticing when it started picking up before Trump and unscrupulous buyers were coming in buying up the apartments here and evicting tenants claiming they were remodeling. It was on blogs. Town most have family scattered around here so things get around.
When the threat of interest rates we go up the race started. The street I’m on houses were sold in one day. Heard the same elsewhere.
The neighbors got out just in time. One a motorcycle cop because he wasn’t gonna take that clot shot and had enough here and left for Texas. The other neighbor who reminded me of that nosey neighbor on Bewitched and had cameras pointing out different directions all over plus messing with people’s cars , I don’t know where she and her broomstick flew off to but good riddance. But both got multi bids in one day.
We don’t like people getting on
social media especially from NY telling people to come here in nursing for better pay which is recent starting few years back and better prices to rent or by then but not now. We have better quality of hospitals here than the slaughter houses we saw during covid for one but most here lean Republican.
Also Sa Fran and Bay area started moving in like crazy a few years back too driving housing up.
Titanic star Leon De Caprio is in town doing a movie at one of our parks. They had to close it down locals in that area did like plus homeless camped there at night. So you got the media saying poor homeless are displaced like it’s a permanent housing taking up tax paid parks from their kids. Even if they have to leave parents shouldn’t have to worry about running across drugs or needles. It is ironic though since he’s on the side of the lefties Marxist causing the homeless problem not like his character Jack. Although probably as many as most of them aren’t from here many even bussed from different states and we get stuck with the bill for their welfare checks they spend on drugs.
I’m glad the girls are getting more attention in sports of all kinds. it took them till late 80s almost 90s to get in on the big waves competitions finally.
Now they just need to get rid of the sissy boys trying to cut in on them.

Study Finds 80% Of Americans Exposed To Fertility-Lowering Chemicals In Cheerios, Quaker Oats
At present, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) only allows the use of chlormequat in the United States for ornamental crops, not for food crops. The agency allowed the chemical to be present in imported oats in 2018—raising the allowable limits in 2020.
Following a 2019 application submitted by chlormequat manufacturer Taminco, the Biden EPA proposed in April last year to allow the use of chlormequat on oats, barley, wheat, and triticale grown in the United States for the first time. EWG said it “opposes the plan.”
The study suggested that if domestic use of chlormequat were approved, “chlormequat levels would likely continue to increase in oats, wheat, and other grain foods, leading to higher levels of exposure for the U.S. general population.”
