The one thing I can remember when under anesthesia during the operation was I could hear the “tap tap tap, tap tap tap, tap tap tap tap tap”….so the next time I saw my surgeon I asked him about it….and he was  very surprised I could hear him tapping the pointed rod into the femur….but as I said, I had a spinal with mild sedation so that probably accounted for it. All in all, as I said, it was a piece of cake, or a walk in the park with no more pain.  Silverngold :o)
