sR e Iran
The President resigning may actually be a good step, as he may well have had enough of the IRGC, who are now running the joint …Tousi was saying last night that sections of the Army are linking up with Immortal Guards, who are a group almost certainly run/aided by the US and Israel…the two will come out to take on the IRGC as soon as the time looks right…along with the people going back onto the streets.

That sounds just peachy … and how many nuclear weapons exist on Earth? Thousands certainly. Odds of eventually destroying humanity are very high.
Will people survive? I don’t really know.
Cheers

Funny, even when the metals come back up a little, the shares do nothing.
Morning Alex, good to see you posting!
I don’t recognize our country from pre-2000, much less 50 years. 50 years ago, even despite Carter we were a better country. The last time I was in Europe was 1976. I can’t even imagine what it looks like now. I guess in the same way I couldn’t imagine the US looking like it does.

For example in a direct hit to an operational reactor core such as a Russian light water reactor in Iran or more so a heavy water near-breeder such as the old CANDU’s in Pakistan and India . Otherwise , no , but devastation globally to humanity breathing in and otherwise ingesting radioactive dust , creating somatic illnesses which would be chronic .
Christ foretold a global threat to humanity 2000 years ago recorded in Matt. 24 .
Will that be nuclear ? or bioweapons ? or global wars at the street level ? or seismic events , etc.?
All seem imminent … more than 2 millenia ago . Trump is seen as a warmonger for trying to head off a nuclear threat in Iran . Others tried appeasement which failed.

He mentions that there is a standing warrant for Netanyahu at the ‘Int’l Court’ in the Hague .
I lived for several months in Marseilles in 1964 and also three years in Brussels in the mid-70’s . I witnessed the N. Africa islamic takeover of both since then . Years ago I saw a post saying that more residents of Marseilles speak Arabic than French now . I returned to Brussels on business in the mid-90’s and found myself very uncomfortable walking along a major artery to my hotel in the late afternoon .
I lived for about six years of my life in Europe .
I have zero desire to return now , whereas I loved the varied cultures of Europe of 50 years ago.

I don’t know, maybe a special type of acid rain? π
I wonder sometimes if it’s not better that they go ahead and get it over with. Rather than having to endure the struggle of what they’re doing to the country. This is going to destroy our economy, the inflation will break people that are already struggling. I worry about my kids, and their kids.
What kind of world do we live in when we allow demon possessed men to rule over us?
BTW, did I ever tell you I hate pm’s but especially pm shares? π

I wonder what happens when you drop a nuke on a large supply of enriched uranium? Would it be destroyed or would there be a giant cloud of fallout circling the Earth?
I’m sure you’re right. Netanyahu is certainly considering it …

Yeah, me too. Gold never makes any sense.
As far as copper, I think they are probably trying to manipulate nearly every commodity with paper right now. Oil in particular. I guess demand destruction for oil comes in around $140 a barrel. According to the guru’s. I have little doubt we’ll see it, unless we just walk away. We can’t win this war – not in the conventional way. That leaves nukes. I honestly think that nukes are on the table for Netanyahu.
Just hoping for the re-valuation. We are in free fall again. What a pisser.
GFI has been getting plastered lately, big drag on the HUI. New low after new low.

I’m sure looking forward to the day when gold is not knocked down by increased hostilities. Today’s action is forecasting more troubles with Iran. This must be the shootingest cease fire I’ve ever seen!
Nixon eliminated any link between the dollar and gold as a result of the Vietnam war and all the deficit spending related to that. It resulted in permanent inflation and a much higher gold price.

After some tit for tat bombings. Bad for pm’s, but bad for Bitcoin too.
Naturally the dollar is up, rates up a little, oil screaming up $3
We didn’t really think we could put a couple good days together, did we?
Rumor has it that Trump and his banker and tech buddies went to China to make a deal on a gold re-valuation and a discussion of the eventual new monetary system. In that deal, China would invest in and bring manufacturing to the US. This all is to avoid a de-valuation of the dollar, but still an effort to inflate our debt away, as the dollar would be devalued vs. gold. All this is in-line with the rumored introduction of gold-backed bonds in July. just hope they go for broke and re-value to $20K.
The war in Iran is taking its toll as world inventories are reaching critical levels. Apparently, by September we will be experiencing shortages here in the US. Around the world many countries are in critical shortage this month. Europe being one of them.
This war played right into China and Russia’s hands. They are perfectly happy to sit back and watch Iran drain our resources. They could stop Iran at the drop of a hat, why aren’t they? Because it isn’t hurting them. The only thing that will hurt China is if our economy falls off a cliff and we can no longer afford their exports. The decision to strike Iran was idiocy on so many levels. It exposed us militarily and financially.
Did you all know that we are the #1 exporter of gold in the world right now? I had no idea. That is not a sign of strength.

I too found it strange that a wooden tray, old drawer?, sitting skewiff on the floor, has a third of a tonne of gold in it, and they’ve blanked out the serial numbers. The more you look at the story, the more incongruous does it become.

Apparently some people think they can be rehabilitated, like rehabilitating Hannibal Lecter or his seed Hillary. They don’t get they’re not following Jesus but the other guy , have no remorse because they like being the way they are and will take trust and kindness as a opportunity to get over on them.
