Well welcome to California,Arizona, Texas, who see that every day except a whole lot more of them. A lot of people getting priced out of homes since the days other places like where your at were getting im cheap.

Not necessarily looking like us and coming from everywhere. One of my in-laws who were lifers stationed at Camp Pendleton USMC the wife was part of finding homes for all these Vietnamese coming in. There were coming in from everywhere. Many cities are no longer white or even black. Mostly north American south of US like Mexico , South American now mixed with Asia including Mid East and India.

If you go out of the Disneyland area you’ll likely see no white people. When it was going on back in the early 70s and nothing was done about the crime and drugs poring in then either or all the people getting run over by them too left and right hit and runs.
Now the rest of the country is getting a taste of it. Now you know what will happen next in another generation or two.

It will affect the kids im school where American children will be the minority, especially white children and English isn’t their first language.
And you wonder why there not having kids besides that can’t afford it, there too busy paying for the illegals who poured in.
Maybe your getting some of the educated too looking to take some of those jobs the kids are going to school for but the jobs will be taken by then. But hey they can deliver their pizza for them.
Sounds to me that maybe their rentals are being subsidized like Europe was doing while evicting the citizens.

I have a friend who is smart about stocks. He likes a company called Newcore Steel, the trade symbol is NUE. Anyways he says what makes this steel company so amazing is that they’re able to buy scrap steel for very low prices. They typically have refineries where there’s lots of access to cheap scrap steel. Newcore has different furnaces than someone like US Steel he says. Thir furnaces are called healiarc furnaces. The difference between a Healiarc furnace and a traditional natural gas furnace such as US Steel uses. He told me it takes about 30 days for a US Steel furnace to warm up. I think that heliarc furnaces can warm up in a few days. This makes NUE much more nimble and able to pivot with market spot prices. They are also a non-union steel company. What sets them apart from other non-union steel companies is that they offer their employees base-assistant pay when they are laid off. This gives them a flexible work staff who have experience and are capable of remaining flexible. Anyway I was looking at the chart and it’s been sold off from its high pretty good.

Not me selling, I’m holding but the move today surprised me. Hopefully this isn’t a prelude to something worse.
