You know you can lease a stream and even live there quietly of course. I checked into it around 2008. Another nurse was interested in what I found and wanted to go for it.

Housing numbers must have been weak, so we got a little boost.

The shares seem to be holding up pretty well, considering the beating in silver. But that might change as the day goes on

Commodities across the board have gotten weaker with the industrial metals getting hit the hardest. Gold the exception, but only up a buck. Silver down .80%.

SM futures getting weaker. Oil down $.40. Lumber falling precipitously, aluminum and copper also taking it on the chin. Seems like a slowing economic trade.

The USD is barely up, more like flat. Rates continue to be under pressure, so the action in pm’s is a little counterintuitive. Still 4 hours from the open, and there is some housing data coming out this am.

all the way down to 3.44%. Apparently US treasuries are the new rock solid investment. I wonder what happens when we devalue the dollar, which is up a little this am.

SM futures are weak. Commodities are mixed, although I’d think they’ll be up if rates stay down and drags the USD with it. Oil flat.

Tucker Carlson fans need to stop and think about the freedom he just gained.
I’ve had my own criticisms of his reporting, HOWEVER…he was in the Faux News camp and subject to their editorial guidelines.
For years people have told me he’s limited.
He just got de-limited.
He’s not going away. He’s just not going to be on FOX.

Why is that bad? Let it be a lousy business decision for FOX. They deserve it anyway.
Now he has experience and millions of loyal followers. He has a lot of platform options in the tech world of distribution today. He only needs to select one or more and get right back to work without establishment oversight.
If he’s truly smart he’ll launch in a program he owns himself. No more limits. He’s hot property now.
His loyal audience should be elated at the new opportunity he has now.
As for my criticism, he’s never been a solid constitutionalist and this nation needs at least one.
Nobody is reporting truth about the Afghanistan surrender being treason which Biden should be removed for. Tucker can do that now.
It looks like Team Pelosi set up Jan 6th to avoid floor challenges to election counts before certification. He can explore that and report findings now.
FOX had control over him and threw it away.
If Tucker handles it right this could turn around and bite FOX and the establishment right in their soft pink parts.
Don’t get upset about this kind of rare opportunity.
Big media is like coaching sports at a high level. Stars can get shoved out and come back winning.
Time will tell and details will emerge as the surprise wears off.

Someone over at ZH posted that FOX actually got a billion and did not settle but were told to get rid of Tucker by the TPTB. It was a payoff to one, erase doubt that Dominion wasn’t corrupt, and two begin the purge of the real conservative republicans – not RINO’s. Probably know that’s true if they get rid of Maria Bartiromo and Jeanine Pirro as rumored.

I guess they’re not allowed to have a honest opinion while the left has all sorts of opinions that spreads misinformation and plain BS.

The only two popular hosts that actually listened to their guests and not intercepted them to talk about themselves using up their time like Hannity or not giving them enough time like Laura then just cutting them off.
