Mine wasn’t from meat but wheat believe it or not. I just picked up some pastry and grabbed one later while watching something on TV. I though this taste strange and looked down and checked the inside of it to find it was filled with mold. Lesson always keep your food receipts. It didn’t hit me till the next morning though after getting the kids off to school a nice day was walking and hit me suddenly so a neighbor noticed and grabbed me knowing I probably wasn’t gonna make it home and though I was injured so I told her poison the only thing I could say as I couldn’t even talk and gave me the tea. I was still weak but okay after a few minutes. She was a older woman and my other came to the door looking for me and laughed when he heard her tell him what happened and say her dog was poisoned and she gave her him the tea and fixed him right up. It works in people too.
Not funny. I was sold on sassafras tea after that.

Kinda sounds like what you had. Like your body was definitely trying to get rid of something. Many cases strong sassafras tea maybe with ginger for stomach helps. And salt and natural electrolytes.
